At least they don’t owe it to another country to steal Americans blind and undermine our security plus we know where their families live (which can work against us with H1-B).

This proves the point. Wages keep going down at Oracle.

They’ve given only one cost of living raise in eight years! And the raise was just 1% for most people, including the folks in my group.

Furthermore, they cut the yearly total compensation of all field sales engineers by $7000 last fall.

So that means I make less than I did in 2006.

Fun fact about tech workers.

They’re exempt from minimum wage legislation, at least in Ohio.

“Computer Professional” is one of the groups not covered.

What in the hell is their goal here? I guess they don’t really have a long term goal. Just get rich now, and leave the declined country as a problem for someone else to deal with, as they’ll be retired and sitting on a beach somewhere...

Somewhat. There is a real long term goal. For Dems it is import enough low or unskilled people from cultures as alien as possible and impede assimilation to the maximum degree. They know a certain number of these folks will figure out how to escape the psychological ghetto their stooges in LULAC and La Raza and the NAALCP (this organization is now vigorously pushing a ‘Latino outreach’ operation) tirelessly labor to construct. But enough of those who came her for their ‘entitle’ will become reliable Dem voters and lap up the resentment and entitlement kulture kool aid and push states such as Texas into the blue column to make Dem Socialist America happen. The GOPERs just want a borderless world for the movement of jobs, money and technology so the financial/corporate elites can control a big chunk of a global managerial oligarchy. This is what Bush 1 meant by a ‘New Global Order’. To do this the mostly white middle class in the US has to be reduced in size and power. There is nothing the elites hate more than normal middle class Americans with their presumptions of Constitutional rights and belief in family, G-d and country. The middle class has to be ground down economically, intimidated physically by non-white emigrant masses and demoralized to the maximum extent by a predatory culture of perversion, excess and coarse sensuality. So yes there is a real endgame strategy here and the target of the elites are normal middle class Americans who are about the only large group that can provide real opposition to the schemes of the globalists of both parties.

Ask the CEO why he needed to buy 7 ocean front homes in Malibu this past year.

“at least make the first item in the bill a border fence and that no other part of the bill will be implemented until the fence is completed.”

When a politician promises to construct a "Border Fence" we think he means a real barrier fence, built out of concrete and steel, topped with some concerina wire, and maybe with a moat or a deep ditch ans a secondary, high voltage electric fence.

The fence we want will be hard to climb, dig under, or go around and designed to keep out all but the very, very determined illegals.

But what the politician really means is a virtual fence consisting of an unmanned infra-red tracker on a tower somewhere in the middle of Kansas with a once a week download to an non-working ICE computer terminal somewhere in a sub-basement broom closet in Washington, DC.

And he probably already has his brother-in-law's newly incorporated construction company lined up to build the tower.

So their solution to the immigration problem is to let more in?

Just as soon as they start the “commonsense”, “sensible” or “reasonable” stuff you can tell they’ve been sleeping with Chuckie Schumer.

Are there any Constitutional lawyers out there? How is this H1B bill different from a ‘Bill of Attainder’ which is unconstitutional?

We need H1B visas for politicians.

Bring in a bunch of Paraguayan politicians. They’ll work a lot cheaper and will accept a much lower level of bribes.
And they’ll be a lot smarter than what we’ve got.

Whenever anybody, regardless of political orientation, offers what they call a “common-sense” approach to any problem, my hackles go up immediately.

Mostly, because what most people think passes for “common sense” is not at all any kind of solution, and is usually a rehash of existing prejudices and misinformation, the so-called “conventional wisdom”.

So far as the possibility of outsourcing our politicians, well, I think that ship has already sailed. A surprising number of those elected to high legislative or administrative office, or appointed to high positions in the judiciary, are either so devoid of any understanding of the original intent of the founding documents of that territory once know as “the United States of America”, or so corrupted by special constituencies, they could not represent the interests of that set of ideals and principles known as “America”.

A new and separate republic within that territory in the North American continent may have to be called together, that we may get back to a better class of voters. And this time, set STRICT limits on immigration to that reconstituted republic.

Whenever I see a “Gang Of”, “Common Sense”, “Reform”, or “Comprehensive” associated with any legislation, that’s a HUGE red flag!
