The Twitter account for U.S. Central Command was apparently hacked on Monday, with pro-ISIS messages plastering the account's profile.
The first message was posted at 12:29 p.m. ET, with the words "AMERICAN SOLDIERS, WE ARE COMING, WATCH YOUR BACK. ISIS." and the hashtag "#CyberCaliphate."
The profile's image was replaced with a photo that includes the text "i love you isis." Just before 1 p.m. ET profile and banner images were reverted to their default

yep, that place is full of hacks and worse ...

Not quite sure what to make of this. Odd.
Drudge has a lot on it (top left) .
Let me know when they hack CentCom’s network, not their Twitter feed.
The other stuff they posted could come from many other public sources, or just plain faked.
I’d bet there are thousands of regular 13 year old boys that could hack a twitter account if they took the time off of Steam.
Between this and Paris, THe White House Briefing should be interesting (was supposed to start at 1pm) http://video.foxnews.com/v/2553565094001/white-house-press-briefing/?#sp=watch-live

Oh, that’s funny.
surely there wouldn’t be moslems among the CENTCOM staff
that would have been like having communists on the military staffs in charge of Cold War strategic weapons
Ping.

CENTCOM TWITTER FEED HACKERS POST NAMES OF US GENERALS AND ADDRESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM (Reuters)
Obama probably gave them the password. < /half-joking>
Why would Central Command have a twitter feed? —
Lazy, convenient, popular, access from your phone anywhere (like Paula’s bed), etc.
I was taught: Security is NOT convenient.
I sincerely hope that our military leadership has their head far enough out in the daylight to not put anything important on either social media or the internet. I’ve been warning about the dangers of this since 1985. I remember being extremely careful back in the 60’s even using gen II FAX. If our military has any actual exposure to this krap then it’s way past time for a house cleaning. Guess we can start with Petraeus?
Amongst all possible explanations for this I suggest the White House based muslim brotherhood members who access DHS have their fingers in this cr@p sandwich.
It could be a response to last weeks Anonymous announcement they were getting involved in outing ISIS.
