I'd take Romney. He seems more like he is learning, understanding, and trying to be more conservative as the years go on. Bush on the other hand is floating ideas that seem far less conservative to me as the years go on.
However, CRUZ IS MY TOP CHOICE!!! Go CRUZ!
Bonehead and McConnell will eventually prove me to be right as they have over the past 4 years.
John McCain’s lame non running self brought us Obama the first time, and they wouldn’t let Palin do anything to help. Those “republicans” did make sure she was attacked without end for trying to help the party win.
Mitt Romney’s lame non campaigning and non debating self snatched defeat right out of the jaws of victory. Anyone who is silly enough to continue to believe that the voters have a duty to vote for a candidate no matter how socialist, non existent, or lousy the candidate happens to be, needs to wake up. Romney refused to run. He wanted Obama to win. Sometime after the election he said he didn’t know how bad Obama really was. During the election he said, Obama is in just a little over his head. He did more work here going after Newt Gingrich. He fled FL, my state, the biggest prize in the election, early. There was practically no way for him to win without FL but he turned tail and skipped away.
Bush would probably be able to take FL, his home state, unlike Romney who is hated in Massachusetts, his home state, because Bush is still loved down here. But he would turn off people everywhere else.
Oh and no way Mitt Romney is nominally a republican. He’s always been a liberal. The son of a Saul Alinsky loving liberal dad and an abortion Barbie mom, Mitt Romney is on the liberal side of every issue — guns, Constitution, amnesty, abortion, gays, RomneyObamacare, limited government, over reach by the executive branch just to name a few more than one issue.
As for his royal highness Prince John Ellis Bush (JEB!), he’s just as NWO as his republican elitist buddy, Mitt and Soros loves that.
I made the Vow in 2010—I will never vote for another Democrat in my life time! The Worst Republican is better than the best Democrat. I would vote David Duke before Hillary, Kennedy or any other! Think man! If mittens won in 2012—we would be better off! I know that is a fact! Mittens was snookered—His run is the Revenge of Candy Fatso and Obamas racist machine. Running isn’t winning—Maybe a better man will come forward—someone to imspire, to lead —a new Reagan, or Truman, or Churchill. We need such a man—is it Mittens? I don’t know.
Another vote for Hillary ... congratulations!!
Glad I don’t have to choose, since I only vote for actual conservatives.
I’ll just stay home. :(
Best post of the year!
His loyalty to freedom and liberty is 100%. Bush’s and Romney’s are 10% at best. THAT is the ONLY thing I desire from government: Protection of freedom and liberties.
Amen, bert.
My vote is my voice, and I refuse to be silenced.
I will continue to support the most conservative candidate in the primaries,
and I will continue to vote for the most conservative candidate in the generals.
I will not stay home, I will not vote for a democrat, and I will not vote for Mickey Mouse.
As simply as possible try to stay with me. Walker in my choice for 2016. If given a choice if ONLY two, Jeb or Mitt, I am also capable of makng an informed choice. I don’t need to explain it further and don’t care what crap you want to come up with to further your choice of Jeb. You’re entitled to deeply crave a dynastic rule.
PIF, the voice of another liberal voter heard on Free Republic.
So, Bush lite is your choice. That’s what the question is, Jeb or Mitt. The good news is, I won’t be asking you to defend such idiocy.
Walker is a winner. He’s really politically savvy. No college degree to muck it up and the DC elitists will hate him. He’s outmaneuvered the Dems to win 3 elections in 4 years in a Dem state.
So, Bush III is your choice. The question was Jeb or Mitt; no third option. Fine but my ancestors fled such dynastic rule.
Your typing fingers are going to get quite a workout calling everyone who doesn’t support the establishment Hillary supporters.
Romney does not belong in republican politics at all, he isn’t a rino, he makes rinos look right wing.
They say there are no stupid questions, but I disagree.
I need someone who has proven he has taken on the establishment. No guessing and hoping this time around.
I can no longer distinguish a difference, except to say that I am now hostile to the GOP.
Too bad for them.
No More Bushs. No more Clintons. No more Carters. I’m tired of also rans or never weres.
