House Speaker John Boehner said today that he found it painful to be described as "spineless or a squish," but said the worst comments about him was that he was "the establishment."
Boehner's comments came during a news conference where he was touting his conservative credentials and rebutting criticism from the right that he has become too willing to work with President Obama.

The fact that he is hurt by being called spineless is a clear indicator that he has no spine.

Soft, squishy, spineless, soupy, snotty, slushy, slop, poor Bonehead can’t make the insults stop, so he will huff and puff, and pooch out his stuff, and work with Obama to show us he is tough.

That’s the song. It sounds like something to be lived through, not just heard. Well produced in that the strings don’t overwhelm his voice. Thanks.

Now stop it or we shall taunt you a second time. Maybe contract with that French cartoon paper to do a caricature of you.

Mr. Speaker:
After you won reelection, you immediately turned to the Democrats and gave them everything you promised your electors not to. If you think it hurts to be called a 'spineless squish' perhaps you might give a moment's thought as to what it feels like to have lost the trust of the very people who went to the great trouble to put you back in office.
You ignored the mandate and wasted the opportunity handed to you in a vote that will be remembered in history for its political ramifications, and will also be remembered as one of the most treacherous events ever perpetrated upon a people by a politician elected to serve those people by a man who chose to serve only his own political interests.
Enjoy the perks of your last [hopefully] term in office. Ohio does not need traitors like you representing its good people.
That's better...

Then stand up and acknowledge that compromising with bad policy is like adding sewage to your drinking water, and mend your ways! To be fair, Boehner is trying to add 10% less sewage to our drinking water than Pelosi wants him to add. By his extremely low standards, that's almost the same as showing a spine.
