“....though peanut-laden parcels can still be shipped to New Yorkers from elsewhere.”
How magnanimous of the communist.
As far as coffee or take out, simply have the customer cup their hands and poor it or dump it into them.

I must disagree with Mr. Greenfield. As Neu Yuk Sh*ty denizens chose to elect a commie with a recycled lesbian/black/commie wife as their mayor, therefore they deserve any and all abuses heaped upon their lil’ pinheads.
“Walking while ‘White Priviliged’”, even merely “Walking while white” - let the floggings begin!

I’m not a big fan of Styrofoam peanuts myself. They’re a pain to store for re-use, and an equal pain to dispose of.
But outlawing them is “nuts”.
So I have an idea about what to do with shipping boxes full of annoying peanuts... send them to the Mayor’s Mansion!
They’re very light, even by the barrelful. Shouldn’t cost much at all to ship to NYC via cheapest method USPS.
Wouldn’t it be a hoot if everyone in the nation sent their used peanuts to Caesar Wilhelm?

Beginning on July 1, food establishments will be barred from using plastic foam cups or containers, compelling purveyors of curbside cart fare and Chinese takeout, among others, to find alternatives. Hmm. Curbside cart fare:
