No, apparently this is not a spoof, the scion of the man who was responsible for the Cuban blockade is full of awe for the Cuban dictatorship. Sure, its a dictatorship, but other than that, its just ducky, apparently. Writing in the South American news agency MercoPress, Robert F. Kennedy avers, after admitting the dictatorship and lack of a free press:
Despite its poverty, Cuba has managed some impressive accomplishments. Cubas government boasts the highest literacy rates for its population of any nation in the hemisphere. Cuba claims its citizens enjoy universal access to health care and more doctors per capita than any other nation in the Americas. Cubas doctors, reportedly, have high quality medical training.

This must be why Castro went to Spain for treatment a few years ago.

"Cuba's government boasts"..., "Cuba claims"..., "Cuba's doctors, reportedly,"....
Hell. Hard to argue with empirical evidence like that.
Of course, what he really means is that he’d love it if Cuba’s command economy was imposed on OTHER Americans, not him. Bobby Jr. would learn a real lesson if he was forced to live with the wonderful medical care and food rationing that average Cubans have to live with.
I think he should move down there and experience his commie utopia for awhile.
+1.
How to keep a 1955 Chevy Bel Air operational for ~60 years without an easy supply of spare parts would be high on my list. In a tropical environment, to boot!
Ever see the “Cuban Healthcare” scene in “American Carol”?
RFK, Jr.: We have so much to learn from Cuba (Ike’s fault!)

It seems they all had the lobotomy although it would be better for the country if they were all sterilized at birth.
Anybody hear birds chirping?
If you are an aristocrat, (or hope to be,) you can learn a lot from other totalitarian regimes.
[ Ever see the Cuban Healthcare scene in American Carol? ]
One of the best scenes as well as the mohammed scene...
No, but let me guess... it includes transporting “Abuelo” to the hospital in a wheelbarrow.
We wouldn’t have “learned” a thing from Castro if RFK Jr’s father (the AG) and uncle (the Pres.) had been successful in teaming with the mob to kill Castro in 1961/2. I will tell RFK Jr. what I have learned: 1) the pig wanted to use nukes on the East Coast of the US and was restrained from doing so by the Russian military; 2) he took a country that was the fourth wealthiest in the western hemisphere and turned it into the second poorest, behind only Haiti; 3) he stole plantations and other property and pocketed billions in foreign bank accounts; 4) evil people often live long lives. I have also learned that you can very easily fool the idiots on the left in this country, which Castro (called “The Robin Hood of Latin America” by the NY Times) has done for 55+ years.
I can learn much about my fivvy-five Chebby.
“Cubas doctors, reportedly, have high quality medical training”
Someone needs to ask Baby Hugo Chavez on that. I believe he went to Cuba to get medical treatment. Gosh, I wonder how that turned out.
The Brown Acid, apparently.
It takes really low self esteem to allow oneself to become an enslaved doctor.
Vs. drowning them.
