Starting a thread to keep a running total of those Republicans that have publically stated that they will not vote for Boehner for Speaker.
I hear many more members are working on statements to oppose Boehner as we speak...[and Stutzman]

I just called Rep Michael McCaul-(10th TX) The person answering for his Washington office said that he was undecided. 202 225 2401.
Is an absolute majority necessary or is there any plausible way that Pelosi could win back the Speakership with a plurality?
I’ve already signed a petition and sent my congresswoman an email telling her not to support Boehner again. Not much more I can do than that.......
IIRC the man’s name I spoke through was Chris. He was respectful and pleasant and basically just listened to me and then said he would pass the info along to the Congressman. When I was hanging up I somewhat cheerfully said, Have a nice day, and, he said, thank you, you, too.

You did what you could and thanks for that - I think that’s all we can do for now for this vote - let our chorus of voices be heard. But there are more votes to come and elections again for the Reps in 2 years.
When is the vote? I seem to remember that Grimm resigned as of a certain date. Maybe that was the deal? He gets to vote for speaker?

Hey, just called my RINO Rep., Martha Roby. Sadly, she's one of Boehner's girls. Can't wait to help campaign and vote AGAINST her in the primary!
A bit tangential, but a friend reports that the new Congress includes two Baptist ministers.
I’m sending Rush email right now. He needs to come out strongly against Boehner.
We need the talking heads to make this into a big deal, not pretend Boehner is acceptable.
Can’t you call? That means a great deal more than an E-mail, don’t know about a petition. I just got thru an hour ago to my Congressman an hour ago, suppoprting Rep Gohmert. The staffer that answered said that my Rep was still undecided.
You folks in East Tennessee have a Republican Party that’s been entrenched since the Civil War and is a political machine like the Democrats in some big city.....The two congressional districts in the Tri-Cities and Knoxville consistently GOP..... A long list of notables from Howard Baker Sr. to Howard Baker Jr. in the 2nd, B. Carroll Reece and Jimmy Quillen in the 1st........
Rush is talking about Cuomo now. Who cares. He died. This is a rehash of who Cuomo is.
I want to hear Rush tells us that he is upset with Boehner, but he is completely ignoring the importance of tomorrow’s vote.

Tell your representatives:
A vote for Boehner as Speaker is a vote for you to be primaried.
Someone has to get the majority of 218. The Boehner supporters have spread false information to cover their votes claiming if they didn’t vote for Boehner, Pelosi would win.
That is simply not true......the best Pelosi could get would be all 188 Dems, not the 218 she needs to win......
