The Democrats are right, there are two Americas. The America that works and the America that doesn

There are four basic choices which will largely determine how successful and prosperous one will be.
1. Graduate from high school - Expand your education. Go on to either trade school or college.
2. Get a job - Excelling at any job leads to better jobs.
3. Get married - Stay married by loving, respecting, and honoring your spouse and children.
4. Don't have children before getting married - Marriage is a commitment. Hooking up is not. It leads to desertion.
Reducing income inequality results in everyone reaching the same level of poverty.
So.. he writes something...
And then titles it with his own name, claiming he “nailed it”?
That doesn’t strike you as the least bit arrogant or self-important?
Who cares. If Lou Holtz did indeed write that piece then he did “nail it”. Lighten up out there.
I agree with Holtz, I am hating the way that, even for the deep respect I have for Republicans like Cruz and Walker, Palin and others, the Liberals seem to have a bit of a lock on the WH right now and the economy is not doing that badly, yes, they benefit from things they have nothing to do with like the price of oil going down. Only some very negative news can shift that, maybe it will be healthcare in 2015.
Yes, I think Red States should bolt from the Union, blue states morals are generally bad and they aren’t as productive imho. Of course, there are good people everywhere.
What Lou describes is classic Obama leftist Socialism that was pounded into his mush head since birth.

if this is the same Lou Holtz that has destroyed multiple football programs, and currently tortures millions of college football fans from his perch on E$PN, then that doddering old jerk couldn’t nail anything with a hundred hammers.
Attaching his name to the headline was simply good marketing. I’m glad he did. Might not have read it otherwise.
wow. if you’re going to create an Internet scam, why bother with lou holtz?
I’m sure Lou did not write the headline, and I can’t believe you are making an issue of it. Get back to your new years resolution.
Say, didn't you make the same mistake recently on another article.
Remember that?
A bunch of people on that thread called you an idiot.
Um..you do realize all Lou Holtz did is make a speech. The article was posted on that website by someone who agreed with Lou Holtz.
Reading helps.
Our humblest of gunners: I’m not a fan of the man at all. I’m a Canes fan, so he is part of the football enemy. However, he nails it here. He just does. Happy new year humblegunner! I always look forward to your posts.
Lou Holtz the football coach or Lou Holz the restaurant worker? Who is this about?
He nails a speech impediment...
No mistake.
Titles are what they are.
Great article to start the new year with. Thanks!
Ok, that was funny.
If you use the link and go to the article, you’ll see that the poster “jarhead rants” created the headline.
