As Mayor Bill de Blasio took the podium Saturday at the funeral of P.O. Rafael Ramos, thousands of police officers in the streets watching video of the service inside turned their backs, in unison, to the monitors.

If he were black they wouldn't dare turn their backs on him.
The 72% of the electorate who voted for him, stand with him on every podium.
If he is re-elected mayor, it probably will be time to get out of Dodge City as one will know where the population is and what it supports.
IMHO
Got confused between the two events:http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2014/12/27/bill-de-blasio-2-hours-late-to-wake-for-slain-officer-rafael-ramos/
Ah, thank you.
“I don’t know where you got that”
Maybe here:
Sadly, I think voter turnout was sub 20%. The fault lies with citizens too stupid and lazy to read, think and vote.
It’s also why primaries are more important than general elections.
Snubbing Lord Mayor de Blasio ... I love it.
He was two hours late? That is effing inexcusable to any funeral. Nice to be king/ sarc
Good for them! In addition to the police, it’s time to extend this action to the general population. Every time de Blasio makes a public appearance of any kind, everyone in the audience should turn their back to him as soon as he begins to speak.
Oh if you mean for the wake, that is a come when you want type deal
I thought they did ask him to stay away
I thought he wasn’t invited?
Martin Savage and CNN is a POS
The interesting thing is that Schumer, and Cuomo have not been out defending this guy. In fact, there is nobody on the democRATS side defending this guy except the media. And I’m not sure they can save him.
I’m surprised there aren’t people protesting DeBlasio himself. Kind of turn the tables on the doofus.
His surname was Wilhelm like the Kaiser or the “Scream “
