Would be good to report the involvement of FATHERS in the lives of the three. It isn´t a RACE problem, it is a problem of Government being providers for the mothers and kids, the protectors, and dad´s not feeling responsibilities to provide, protect what they PROCREATE. The system is broken becasue the Gubmint usurped the authority given by the Creator of the races.
