And Bill de Blasio gives every indication that, left to his natural instincts, he’ll just make things worse.

And ___(fill in the blank with any Leftist name)_____ gives every indication that, left to his natural instincts, he’ll just make things worse.

——he has three years to fix things-—

That assumes facts not in evidence. There is no evidence De Blasio, the German-American Mayor of New York, has the intelligence or the ability to fix anything except his re election

Disappointing piece from a normally good (at least for NY) source. The key issue is not NYC going to hell or not, it’s whether DeBlasio can rescue his political career. Sheesh - just like DC, the NY press is all about “the game” - or as Rush calls it - “the soap opera” - and not about THE DAMNED REALITY these people create for all of us.

As he is really Warren Wilheim, Jr., and lies about his real name just like his brother Barry, isn’t everything he does and says a lie? It’s the nature of Marxists........and how they accomplish all they want to do.......

At least the NYPOST has come off of that executed mimi that the MSM has been pushing. An execution implies a preceding trial and conviction.

But the murder of the white girl down in Mississippi might just be a gang style execution.

These two are what one term mayors look like.

There is an opportunity for a good law and order mayor to be elected in 3 years. Who will that be?

When Sharpton, De Blasio, Holder and Obozo get through having their thugs kill NYC cops, the science fiction movie "Escape from New York" will be a reality. The good people will have fled to Red States and left NYC to become a super slum, which would dangerous/lethal to anyone in it.

Connect the dots. This is not dinkins. This isn’t even a feud

The mayor has not said a word to the world who is watching about the defiance of the ‘protesters

Rudy says the cops should not have turned their backs out of respect respect for the office. This is not normal. It’s similar to the repeated and constant betrayal we get from Bo

"But it was telling that de Blasio could not restrain himself during a press conference he called on Monday to try to set things right with the NYPD — reserving his greatest passion for an unplanned defense of anti-cop demonstrators against the media."

"So, yes, he has three years to fix things. Problem is, he’s Bill de Blasio."

"And Bill de Blasio gives every indication that, left to his natural instincts, he’ll just make things worse."

(The presumption is that de Blasio can't screw thing up all that quickly. However, the fall in NYC's homicide rate more-or-less plateaued in the years following the Giuliani administration. Bloomberg didn't do much to improve it, but he didn't do much to make it worse, either. I don't think that is the case with de Blasio.)

Good. Three years more should be enough time to teach a few N'Yawkers a pretty bitter lesson to be more careful how they vote in the future.

A minimum of 30% of voters would love to have diblassio become president. That’s what we’re dealing with.
