A man was shot and killed by a police officer Tuesday in Berkeley, Missouri, authorities said – sparking new unrest in a region already reeling following an August police shooting a few miles away in Ferguson.
The shooting happened at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday at a Mobil gas station, St. Louis County Police public information officer Sgt. Brian Schellman said.

“On Thursday, CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer asked guest [lawyer] Jeffrey Toobin why police weren’t instructed to “shoot to injure,” instead of kill,” talkingpointsmemo.com reports. “Blitzer’s questions arose during a discussion on the unfurling conflict in Ferguson, Mo. over the fatal police shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown. ‘They often shoot to kill,’ Blitzer said of police. ‘Why do they have to shoot to kill? Why can’t they shoot a warning shot in the air, scare someone off if they think they’re in danger. Why can’t they shoot to, injure, shall we say? Why do they have to shoot to kill?’”

Yep. Here’s the rub, though. The lines between good cops upholding law and order in a constitutional way are being deliberately blurred by Obama and his league of race baiters. At some point, Obama is going to declare a national “emergency” and we’ll ALL get a taste of the Fedzilla police state armed with military equipment and a billion rounds of ammo on hand to keep us in line.
I had to watch the video twice, but it’s there.

Another posting said he had prior convictions -- one for armed robbery, making him a felon. Had he been searched, he was going to prison.
Let us examine the facts available:
1. Perp expelled from school.
2. Perp attempts to rob store.
3. During robbery police arrive.
4. Perp neither wearing body armor, not well trained with handgun, points gun at cop.
5. Cop, wearing body armor, manages to get one one hit in three tries.
6. Perp’s criminal behavior is terminated - permanently.
Conclusions:
1. Do not point guns at people, particularly cops.
2. More range time for the officer is recommended.
3. Local residents owe the cop free donuts for life.

Protesters in New York announced a march on 5th Avenue to defy Mayor DeBlasio’s moratorium on demonstrations after two NYPD cops were slaughtered. The Twitter account @MillionsMarch posted a sign that said to meet at 59th and 5th. Another Twitter account posted a sign that said “No Christmas shopping as usual.”
These protesters are determined to shut down the famous 5th Avenue in an attempt to somehow find justice for Eric Garner. Their behavior is causing mayhem in New York and interfering with innocent businesses during the busiest time of the year. Witnesses do not care if others are disrupted.
Anonymous even decided to poke their heads into the commotion.
Other witnesses continue to post pictures of the protest on social media.
It appears the protest is now winding down.
