I never imagined that we would reach a point in this country where facts would be ignored on a national level. We seem to have reached it with the Michael Brown case.
As I watched the spectacle of our elected official in the Congressional Black Caucus stand on the house floor and use the debunked “hands up, don’t shoot” gesture, I realized that black America has reached a point of no return. Every day since the Grand Jury decision was released (along with the autopsy findings and witness testimonies), our so-called black elected leaders along with black academics have appeared on network news programs making absurd pronouncements as though there had not been a Grand Jury proceeding. They outright ignore the facts and pretend as though Michael Brown did not commit any crime at all. They are able to continue such foolishness with the help of their cohorts in the left-wing media. Even some of the so-called black pastors are continuing the lie. It is obvious that these individuals are living in some alternate universe different from the rest of America.
Missouri state senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal, who represents Ferguson in the state legislature, went on national television and declared, “This is our race war.” If the rioting and looting that took place in Ferguson were indeed their race war, whom were they fighting? It appears that they were at war with themselves, since they burned down their own community. They surely were not at war with white America.

It’s all about the handful of Blacks killed by White people each year, especially cops. The overwhelming majority of Blacks are killed by other Blacks. But that’s okay because those deaths are not “racist”.
And, of course, no one can talk about the massive Black on White crime problem.
I would assert Leftist America has reached that point... of which Blacks and minorities are their biggest victims. Poverty of mind is required first to have generational economic poverty.
Let’s face it. Any change is going to be mandated as “dos” for white folks. P*** on telling blacks to get a job or and education or pull up their pants....or stop being the cruds of the country. Yes, there are bad whites....but the numbers say the black population is out of control....and it’s not because of profiling.

So true. Sadly, I can recall the Army’s first big AA program in 1970 to get black officers to college for degrees then to their advanced courses and on to ROTC duty.I knew a few. Today it appears that both blacks and Hispanics are the AA experiment in military senior management and federal gov. executive or senior level services.

Wow. Welcome to the club. You’re a bit late. We BEGAN ignoring facts a full forty years ago. This isn’t the BEGINNING of something, it is the end, the coda. We are now where we started out for all those years ago.
There is no “Black America” it is a myth
There are several divisions that split the black population into subcultures with very different levels of income, education ,ability , attitude and life style
The urban POC (people of color) that disdain everything American might be in danger of a back lash but that is a good trend. Hating America to the point of not becoming educated is a path to doom and destruction. The urban POC life style is unsustainable in spite of rhe race mongers like Al Sharpton and Eric Holder.

It is the American Black Culture, mostly in the ‘hood, that has been destructive. I have notice the contrast when going to college in Newark, NJ. There were a number of students from Nigeria, Kenya, and other African countries. They had total disdain for the “ghetto culture”.
The linking of the NY case (which occurred first and took forever in grand jury) to Ferguson was cynical, and I’m sure the people who did this think they did so with “the best of intentions”. How else are they going to sleep at night after piling injustice upon the unjust death of Mr. Garner? You know what they say about the road to hell, and what it’s paved with...
If there are any real racists left they should be sending these clowns a check for the work they are doing destroying blacks.

While hiking at a local mall I felt “drawn” to an elderly Asian man also hiking there, wearing a Michigan baseball cap.
Upon striking up a conversation and getting acquainted with him I learned that he was from South Korea and that he had arrived here as a refugee with $9.00 to his name.
When I asked about a large ring on his right hand he told me it was his PhD ring from a prestigious left coast university which shall remain unnamed.
Yes, he surely received some preferential treatment and had doors opened for him because of his minority and refugee status. But what made the difference between him and most American Blacks is that he didn’t sit on his rump and take those things for granted. He knuckled down, studied, worked, persevered and in the end retired as a professor at a prestigious east coast university.
God’s Word; Proverbs says, “Deep calleth unto deep....” The cherry on top of this whole story, is the discovery WHY I felt “drawn” to the man. Turns out he was married to a 3rd cousin of mine on my mother’s side, was coached and guided by his father-in-law, and was a true Conservative and Reagan voter.
And the Michigan baseball cap? That was in celebration of he and his wife’s only child, a pre-med student at the University of Michigan!
The same advantages he enjoyed are available to young blacks today, if they would apply themselves. However, as in the case Dr. Ben Carson, I believe a child needs at least 1 parent to push them, encourage them, and compel them to succeed. Neither Mikey Brown’s mother nor sperm donor father ever actually PARENTED him. I understand they were never even married. He was reared by his grandmother. And in his case, the call of the wild won him over in spite of her best efforts. So instead of becoming a successful member of polite society, he wound up a dead thug; regarding whom, the examples are legend.
Exactly! SOME blacks act like spoiled children - “If you don’t buy it for me, I will steal it for myself.”
Civilized U.S. blacks are going to have to come up with a plan to corral the uncivilized U.S. blacks.
