I don't see what the big deal is - it's just an undocumented taxi service. Dems love anything that's undocumented.

I like things that defy the idea that government has a natural right to be involved in everything people do. The answer is down this road. The finger, and down this road.

The big-government/big-corporate crony-fascist complex does not take kindly to disruptive technologies.

It’s funny how our dear Dems want their noses in everything except illegales, and then they don’t want to hear anything about them.

The Dems and the govt don’t really car about Uber. The UNIONS will try with every fiber of their being to kill Uber.
That was how it went in Los Angeles.

It would seem to me a system like Uber would be quite vulnerable to being harassed out of existence, extra-legally.

Here in LA, unions came after them in a death match.

Uber in L.A. is incredible. You can get around the city for pennies compared to cabs.

I love a fight against their own. A taxi service, all with legal driver's licenses, how can that be wrong? Wait, I forgot you cannot pump your own gas in Oregon, a means for keeping the hourly worker permanently on the hour.

“I love a fight against their own.”
That’s what I was thinking while watching the local news on this, and the interviews with the liberals.
Hey - I wonder if any of them will come up to Washington state and march with us as we protest government requiring permits to buy and sell guns?

Hilarious!
They were “looking for drivers operating illegally but they couldn’t find any!”
We have a friend in the Silicon Valley who uses UBER a LOT and swears by it.

Why should a business need government’s approval (unless they’re selling drugs or something that they shouldn’t be doing) to operate?
