Help save the Planet.
WAY better than a rickshaw in inclement weather.
Not trying to be condescending here, but there’s nothing wrong with dismissing this car. If you’re not into these types of cars, that’s perfectly fine. Hey, I’ll never come close to owning one either.
I do appreciate the amazing accomplishment.
Some guy will do himself in by having a few drinks and getting frisky with one of these.
that is a long drive, especially on back roads.
Bammy should provide the lead as an occasional draft animal.
Well I would imagine that they will sell less than a few dozen or so in the US.
I can imagine what the import tax is on it.
He wouldn’t dare, he is above the mere work done by mortals.
Yeah no kidding on the tax aspect of it. And don’t forget the global dying tax.
That thing looks like it’ll actually stand up pretty well against my Koenigsegg.
Well... if I actually had a Koenigsegg.
My idea of a Hybrid Automobile?
Can run on 87 octane, 89 octane, 91 octane
I’ve got one of those Simpson cars - really. My kids gave it to me as a gag toy model back in the 1990s, as I like modifying cars. I’ve been thinking of putting a hydrogen powerplant into it. I also have a solar/fuelcell toy car that converts water to hydrogen and back to generate electricity to power the car (a really inefficient way to power a car) - this will go into the Simpson car. The perfect car will become more so perfect!
It’s about half back roads now. I just left my 126 mile round trip to Fort Knox to the 160 mile one to Louisville. From about Shepherdsville to Louisville (I-65) is the highway part. The rest is spectacular. Takes me by Makers Mark, Haven hills and Jim Beam.
D....R....O.....O....O...LLL!!!!!!!!!!!
Warp speed, anyone???
My idea for a fuel-efficient, green, hybrid vehicle is an an all-electric Prius, outfitted with a thousand horsepower turbine-driven motor generator on top. Powered by Jet-A.
I would rather be on the interstate with little traffic in a 707hp 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat.
