The RAND Corporation has released initial results from a study that estimates the number of U.S. service members who experienced sexual assault, sexual harassment or gender discrimination in the past year. The Department of Defense selected RAND to conduct this congressionally mandated study. Approximately 170,000 service members, or 30 percent of the 560,000 invited, answered questions for the study, one of the largest of its kind.
RAND researchers estimate that approximately 20,000 of the U.S. military's 1.3 million active-duty members experienced one or more sexual assaults in the past year, including assaults by other service members, civilians, spouses or others. This represents 4.9 percent of active-duty women and 1 percent of active-duty men...

I would hope that 99% or more of soldiers who were raped would respond to that attack in an appropriately military manner - if not when attacked then at a shortly later date. Rapists should not survive more than a day or two at most after their crime.
How do you like your gay army NOW?
But was it ‘rape-rape’?..................
A Biblical Response, like you mention, would land the rape victim in Jail for life...;-(
Homos gone wild!
There is nothing Gay=”happy” about the US Military. It has been emasculated, fundamentally transformed, and gutted of Moral Courage. As a former enlisted/officer, I would not send my sons/daughters into service...
That said, there are still great men and women that serve! I pray for them...that they would continue the faith, given the horrible times they are living in...
Only if convicted: Shoot, shovel, and shut up. Alternatively, come back an hour or a day later, stab the rapist to death (but stop after the first lethal blow) and report both the recent rape and a second attempted rape, with the attempt stopped because the victim was armed the second time. Tell the cops it was self defense, point out evidence of the recent rape, and don't provide any more details. Get a good lawyer and tell him, "I didn't report the rape because I was embarrassed, and couldn't prove it wasn't consensual, but I carried a knife just so I could stop the attack if the predator came after me again. I didn't want him dead, I just wanted the attack to stop." A good lawyer can work with that. Even with the risk of conviction, it's worth stabbing/shooting those perverts if it makes rape too risky a crime to attempt.
Rape by the Sodomites in the military was foreseen.
RAND researchers estimate that approximately 20,000 of the U.S. military’s 1.3 million active-duty members experienced one or more sexual assaults in the past year, including assaults by other service members, civilians, spouses or others. This represents 4.9 percent of active-duty women and 1 percent of active-duty men.
The study further estimates that 26 percent of active-duty women and 7 percent of active-duty men experienced sexual harassment or gender discrimination, collectively referred to as sex-based military equal opportunity (MEO) violations, in the past year.

Military will need to work harder to make these rates equivalent.
Let me get this straight. You are taught to kill the enemy with all means available but you A—hole is vulnerable?

And some people are just taught to keep the motors running. Or the food delivered.
Senator Gillibrand was interviewed today on one of the major networks, and she said that men outnumbered women in the reporting of unwanted sexual advances. Be aware that the term “sexual assault” is used pretty loosely when reporting these incidents.
In early American colonies and states afterward, sodomy was a hanging offense.
Want to win? Refuse queer linguistic activism. Use the phrase, forcible sodomy instead of rape. Use rape only when referring to the crime against women. Homosexual activists started pushing the word, rape, when referring to the crime of forcible sodomy against men. Morons in the populace have been enthusiastically opening wide for the propaganda, so to speak.
Agreed! Good point...the wicked are always a step ahead of us when it comes to lexicon...;-(
You are correct in general, but the 3,850 in this article actually refers to penetrative sex against their will: rape-rape.
That N.O.W. leader should not have pushed me out of a university English program. ;-)
“Sexual connection with a woman without her consent” (1913 Webster).
That was a definition from 1913.
“Forcible sodomy” in at least some states until recently, was used to describe the separate crime of assault with anal penetration.
That way, for example, if a woman is attacked and violated, the criminal can be charged with both rape and sodomy, if both occurred.
And men aren’t made to seem more like women (part of the homosexual and feminist agenda). Sodomy, being a more dangerous kind of assault (more likely HIV and other problems), should get harsher sentences anyway.
Sodomy should not be tolerated, even in prisons.
