The Hill reports: “Hillary Clinton and Vice President Biden will be among the attendees at a Washington forum on Israeli-U.S. relations this weekend. Both will speak to the Saban Forum, an annual event organized by the Brookings Institution and entertainment mogul Haim Saban. Saban is also a major political donor who has pledged to support the former secretary of State should she run for president in 2016.”

Hillary Clinton, just like President Obama in the run-up to the 2008 race, will present herself as a good friend of Israel. But is she? Recall some of the details of her tenure.
She gleefully joined in the ongoing pile-on concerning Israel’s housing, blithely referring to apartments in Jerusalem neighborhoods certain to be in the Jewish state in any peace agreement as “settlements.” She ignored an existing agreement between the United States and Israel that allowed for new building that did not expand the footprints of Israeli housing in disputed areas. She routinely exaggerated the extent of building, ignoring Israel’s restraint and its self-imposed ban on new building. (She continued to do so after leaving office.) While the United States did veto on her watch a United Nations Security Council resolution condemning Israel for building, it came with a denunciation of Israel unprecedented in its harshness.

It's worth noting that had the US abided by prior written agreements with Israel, there would have been no disagreement between Israel and the US over construction. She can blame it on her boss, but the fact is Hillary Clinton withdrew the prior agreements. One of her first actions.
She was dodging Moslem snipers in Bosnia at that time.

If you want to see how "American Jews" define Jewishness, just take a look at Jewish Life Television. No davvening, no theology (except for infomercials on faux "qabbalah" run on Shabbat). Just movies about Lenny Bruce and Alfred Nobel (who wasn't Jewish, but all "American Jews" know that the number one "Jewish" activity is winning Nobel Prizes). They barely even acknowledge Jewish holidays! (Though I imagine Chanukkah will be an exception, as it serves as a sort of "counter-Xmas" and allegedly celebrates the "First Amendment.")
If I recall she claimed a step grandfather or some such nonsense.
Jennifer Rubin’s WaPo article somehow only covers HRC’s anti-Israel record during her tenure as Obama’s SOS. But let’s not forget her earlier inclinations in the same direction. There’s the infamous kiss of Mrs. Arafat, the personal (lesbian?) relationship with Huma Abedin (who has strong family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood/Sisterhood), and her activity going all the way back to her Arkansas days with a group of leftists supporting Palestinian causes. Just as with Obama, you can predict her future by observing who she has been friendly with from way back in her past.
For example, Obama is clearly a disciple of Saul Alinsky. But he never met Alinsky.
Hillary did. She actually worked with Alinsky. And they became close enough to maintain a correspondence.
I recall when Hillary famously referred to a Jewish person, “Effin Jew Bastard”. Wasn’t that Hillary way back in the good ole Arkansas days?
These people believe that reality is perception and perception is reality. They are psychotic, if they really believe they can sell a Hillary presidency to the Jewish community on the strength of her relations with Israel. But they could very well succeed:-(

Yes, I recall reading about that. It was directed at Bill's campaign manager (who had some Jewish ancestry but was not Jewish, IIRC) after WJC lost his House race to an incumbent Republican in Arkansas c. 1974.

That scene where the young HRC sits down and talks with Alinsky is portrayed in Dinesh D'Souza's film America. HRC was so impressed with him that she wrote her college thesis at Wellesley about Alinsky and his movement.
Obama was too young and probably too far away from Chicago to have met with Alinsy before Alinsky died in the 1070s.
