The New York Times reporter who published Darren Wilson’s address is “over exaggerating” her security concerns say the Chicago Police Department.

Sources inside CPD say that Julie Bosman demanded a level of protection afforded A-List celebs and dignitaries, but an investigation revealed that she was not in any danger, and deserved no more than extra attention paid to her address by patrol.

There is a Mccarter Children Family trust that owns/owned a building in NY.

No idea if any relation to these people.

A Jeremy Mccarter lived in a 10 million dollar (according to Zillow) building on 186 Warren in Brooklyn but could have been renting it out.I think it is a duplex.

I have no doubt that McCarter and Bosman are or were married.

While McCarter is a theater critic and writer, in high school he wanted a very different career. People and circumstances do change, certainly, but I wouldn’t rule out some involvement with government. Particularly since he seems to disappear in DC. Perhaps he’s with the State Department or even CIA. Or a contractor to some agency.

I haven’t found any thing to support McCarter working for DOJ.

MCarter was raised at Harrisburg, PA, went to Harvard, lived in Brooklyn while working at various NYC newspapers and magazines, then moved to DC and disappeared.

Bosman was raised in Wisconsin, lived in Brooklyn and DC (not 100% certain about living DC) while working at various newspapers and then to Illinois to work for the midwest division of the NY Times.

McCarter and Bosman are or were married.

The DOJ angle is very interesting. I’ve been compiling information on both of them but so far have not found a DOJ connection.

He quit writing and went to work for the non-profit The Public Theater, and has since fallen off the face of the earth.

If there is a DOJ connection to the publishing of Wilson’s address, then that is very dark and sinister.
