It is a feature of the modern world that evil-minded people, people not of good will, try to dissect, parse, deconstruct anything said by people they dislike or disagree with. It’s an attempt to find offense, or error, or dishonesty where no such things exist.
Don’t forget proving who you are and that you are a legal citizen. That’s racist too.

This woman is nuts. It is easy to imagine someone in a confrontation with a police officer - especially someone high on marijuana - making several different motions - a single step and a hop or hesitation, in rapid order - before running towards the officer. And what - precisely - “racially tinged” about the word “charging”? Because it suggests the actions of a bull? Well, that’s a pretty good analogy for an angry, drug-crazed, 300-pound man rushing at you.
