We’re talking about Street Rats here Mr. MSNBC Anchor, not some 2nd graders (although there is a level of equal intelligence). The rioters have been casing out their prey for weeks on end and when they found the opportunities, they struck. I would have bet hundreds that this would happen and he expected it to be peaceful? Dumb Ass!!!!

I don't follow this guy but I think he's some kind of talking head on MSNBC. Not exactly the Marines.
