Ok this is a vanity, but what EO's would you like to see from a Conservative "Friendly" President. Turn about is fair play. "Stroke of the pen - law of the land. Pretty cool."
Remove funding of National Propaganda Radio and all of the tricky “feeders” that they have going into funding it.
A troll would use the phrase “the rules of the past”, which is how the liberals view the Constitution. I thought the goal was restoration of the Republic and the Constitution? If we can regain power, then that can be done without executive fiat and it is not acquiescing to anything at all. If, however, we cannot gain power by “the rules” as it were, then the means of the Founding Fathers used in setting up the Republic come into play. Agreed?
The Founding Fathers were gentlemen. The generation that won WWI and WWII claimed the victory of gentlemen over slovenly, immoral demagogues and brigands. All times are gentlemanly times; look up the definition.
I thought the scenario was that of conservatives regaining power? Why can’t the Constitution be used as written, then, since it is a matter of power when it comes to the enemies of the country? People will have to see that moral fortitude rather than “payback time” has returned to DC.
It’s not clear that the OP envisioned a rebellious Congress here. If so, then a moral President then needs to command and sweep away the rebels. Right?
The men who actually WON the Revolutionary and World Wars were brutal, profane men. We are those troops. All times are ungentlemanly times; look up the history.

Again, in the scenario with a conservative president and congress, the Constitution is our greatest weapon and can undo everything the liberals have done within less than six months. Different scenario, different rules; and it may come to blows indeed, but that is not what this OP scenario depicts.

All those EOs are good. Number 7 will be needed, because Obama will issue blanket pardons for all his minions for every crime they have committed since they were 3 years old, and for crimes they haven't commited yet.

All payroll/income tax to be paid by Fed workers until under 32% of work force.
