One of the documents provides smoking gun proof that the Obama White House and the Eric Holder Justice Department colluded to get CBS News to block reporter Sharyl Attkisson. Attkisson was one of the few mainstream media reporters who paid any attention to the deadly gun-running scandal.
In an email dated October 4, 2011, Attorney General Holder’s top press aide, Tracy Schmaler, called Attkisson “out of control.” Schmaler told White House Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz that he intended to call CBS news anchor Bob Schieffer to get the network to stop Attkisson.
Schultz replied, “Good. Her piece was really bad for the AG.”
Schultz also told Schmaler that he was working with reporter Susan Davis, then at the National Journal, to target Rep. Darrel Issa (R-CA). Issa led the House investigation into Fast and Furious. Davis now works at USA Today. In the email chain, Schultz tells Schmaler that he would provide Davis with “leaks.”
Davis wrote a critical piece on Issa a few weeks later.
Attkisson was later subjected to hacking of her computer by people who remain unknown, but who likely belong to a government agency. She and CBS parted ways earlier in 2014, and Attkisson has since said that the network blocked her reports from airing.

Richard Nixon is owed an apology. Obama is just so much worse. In every way.
If something like this had happened during the Bush administration, the story would not dribble out via relatively obscure, conservative Internet outlets like P J Media, it would have been shouted from the rooftops of ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, the New York Times, and the Washington Post, e.g., WHITE HOUSE COLLUDED WITH MEDIA TO TARGET CONGRESSIONAL CRITICS.

They also sent people into her home to plant information gathering devises. They also hacked into her computer. They also planted classified documents on her computer. They also worked to get her fired.
If we lived in a real world not an Obozo Gruberized country,
Herr Holder would be arrested by the FBI as he leaves his office on his last official day as AG, for crimes against our nation and people.
Then, he would be frog marched to a paddy wagon and taken to Andrews AFB to be flown to Gitmo as a terrorist.
Instead, our left wing mediots will make him into a hero. Then he will get hundreds of thousands of $’s for a one hour tirade against America at financially strapped colleges/universities to tell the young Americans what a terrible country we live in.
At this point, Obama has come out in the open as a dictator. Every action from now on has to be taken in that light.

Thanks for posting this. After the White House pressured CBS to stop airing her stories, they stopped airing her stories, and she quit. Now there is no reporter at any of the three major networks who is willing to do their job properly.
Does she have any legal recourse? If so discovery should be “VERY IN-TER-EST-ING”!
Time for FOX News to hire Attkisson.
