Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed teenager Michael Brown on August 9, is in the final stages of negotiations with city officials to resign, according to people close to the talks.

Ferguson should probably disband their police force and contract with the county for law enforcement coverage. Whatever relationship, if any, existing between the force and the community before all this happend is completely gone now.
