Gov. Jerry Brown announced Sunday that he has signed a bill that makes California the first in the nation to define when "yes means yes" and adopt requirements for colleges to follow when investigating sexual assault reports.
State lawmakers last month approved SB967 by Sen. Kevin de Leon, D-Los Angeles, as states and universities across the U.S. are under pressure to change how they handle rape allegations. Campus sexual assault victims and women's advocacy groups delivered petitions to Brown's office on Sept. 16 urging him to sign the bill.

Lmao!
The sexual revolution is undone not by morals but by PC.
I’d like to see 14 day waiting period followed by notarized consent forms.
The trouble with these do gooders is they do not understand mocery. They will seriously consider everything.
I’d like to see a letter of understanding signed by both parties before buying the abortion pill....afterall, abortion means sex, and was that sex really, really consensual?....we want to know...
leftists are insane
“Id like to see 14 day waiting period followed by notarized consent forms.”
This is perverse. A Federal Judge just declared that California’s ten-day waiting period to get a gun to be unconstitutional. Now they are moving the waiting period over to sex. Different gun? background check? Ten round limit? CCW? It’s all so confusing (s).
I should probably read the full article, but how exactly does this law work? Does the woman have to yell “f— me!” to her partner in front on a witness? Does she sign a “Declaration of Intent to have Sexual Intercourse” form before sleeping with the guy? Seriously.
one copy to dmv?
“The sexual revolution is undone not by morals but by PC.”
I’ve been saying the same. Jerry Falwell and the Moral Majority NEVER DREAMED something like this could become law...and if especially by the most LIBERAL state in the country.
It is once again safe to send our daughters to college, just as it was safe when my grandmother went 60 years ago.
It’s meaningless in any case. Questions will come down to he-said/she-said on whether there was a verbal “yes” instead of the old he-said/she-said.
Maybe Bill Cosby knows...
” Does she sign a Declaration of Intent to have Sexual Intercourse form “
I would make her sign it: )
“..Does the woman have to yell f me! to her partner in front on a witness?...”
Had that happen once...
It was at Woodstock... or maybe it was Hoboken, I don’t remember..... I was young, impetuous... She was three hundred and seventeen pounds, with a unibrow bigger than Stalin’s mustache, and I was REALLY scared... so “it” didn’t work very well. And then there was the part about the pet Yak....
Yeah... first time I’ve admitted that... Brrr... Even Laz wouldn’t have hit dat.....
” Had that happen once...
It was at Woodstock... or maybe it was Hoboken, I dont remember....”
You have a great memory.........but its very short.
“....but its very short....”
Yeah... she said THAT, too...
I just replied, “No, you’re just too FAT!”
That didn’t go over too well, lemmetellya...
Then there was the Shrinkage Factor (the water was cold)...
Um...that was kinda the _point_ of getting a marriage license: legal acknowledgement of accepting the consequences of the act.
Ha ha! Thanks for the link.
