Your "truth" is that America is circling the drain, and that there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. I'm sure the enemies of the republic would really like for every strong willed patriot to buy into that.
They'd really like it if we patriots would just shut up and give up, like you and the rest of the doomer brigade on Free Republic want us to.

I’ve known D-1 for a few years out here, Windy. He’s Good People. Tracking back through the thread, what I got out of this, DoughtyOne, is that basically, you’re seeing “the same old-same-old” from the GOP. I can agree to a point: tat point is, Let’s see what they do come January when they take over control of things.
Windy, you, me, and the rest of the Dawg Pound dealt with a certain zotted freeper (who shall remain nameless) who was actively advocating surrender and run away in almost EVERY post he wrote. DoughtyOne has not, and does not do that over the course of the years I’ve known him.
I can see where we would expect “more of the same” from the GOP... but I get the feeling this time might be different.
Come January, we’ll see if I’m wrong. I believe it’s right to be optimistic until then. The amnesty thing IS horrible; this POS did more damage to this Country in 6 years than ANY of the worst Presidents in history, and he did it intentionally. If that isn’t cause for removal, I don’t know what is.
And at that point, if they go jellyfish on us, then we burn their phone lines down.
But to your point Windy - and you and the Dawg Pound all know me well enough by now - leaving is not an option for me. Ever.
I’d rather make the OTHER side leave. By any means necessary.
