BRISBANE, Australia President Obama dismissed renewed criticism of his signature health care law Sunday and disputed an assertion from a former architect of the policy who claimed the administration had deceived lawmakers.
Jonathan Gruber, an economist, suggested last year that the administrations signature health-care legislation passed in part because of the stupidity of the American voter and a lack of transparency over its funding mechanisms.
I just heard about this, Obama said at a new conference, after wrapping up two days of meetings with world leaders here at the G-20 Summit. The fact that some adviser who never worked on our staff expressed his opinion that I completely disagree with it is no reflection on the actual process that was run.....
....We had a year-long debate, Obama said. Go look back at your stories. One thing we cant say is that we didnt have a lengthy debate over health care in the United States. Every press outlet here should go back and pull up every clip and every story. Its fair to say there is not a provision in the health care law that was not extensively debated and was not fully transparent.......

That would be except for a congress and senate who had to vote on the bill to find out what's in it............
At least the jack wagon lies big.
Obola, the undocumented Indonesian controlled by
the Saudis’ for the Moslem Brotherhood, is EXEMPT
and knows the treasonous EXEMPT Congress has his back.
They ALL belong in prison, then EXILE.
But we all recall Pelosi saying you have to pass it to find out whats in it.
Yes, the one-sided “debate” went like this: “You have to pass the bill to see what’s in it”.
John Roberts was correct when he determined this was a tax; Americans are now learning how much of a tax increase they will see.
Right?
I have to ask because I'm just too stupid to understand. /s
I am literally checking for that every time I see an article posted that sets my blood to 'insta-boil'.
We are Medicare and Tricare Life both totally government controlled.
This march Tricare MANDATED where we can obtain our daily meds. Crappy untrustworthy Express Scripts or Military Base. Automated. ES takes 3 weeks to fill first script, 2 weeks refills. Just shoved UNSIGNED for into your mail box.
Base takes up to 24 hrs to fill depending on time of day you turn it in. Refills take 5 days out of Pensacola. AUTOMATED reorders for both.
Medicare premiums went up, and will go up again next year.

Test got moved farther apart. And some things like back nerve blocks were limited to 3 per year.
Once you get a diagnosis of Osteoporosis a bone density test is the only way a doctor knows if the med is working. Yet they put that test off to every 2 years. Instead of yearly as it needs doing. Mine is -3.1 which is BAD. And I can’t get another bone density test until 2015. I had to go the natural route to treat it of vits/mins (out of my pocket and some of them are very expensive and can’t be deducted from income taxes), as I’m allergic to their drugs. I’m extremely drug sensitive. And reacted to the Fosamax with in 3 pills, of the sample pack. It went in the trash can. Then I went Googling on the rest of the OP drugs. And did NOT like what I found at all they are very dangerous life threatening drugs. With all kinds of horrid side effects. Reclast NEVER leaves you system.
FDA WARNINGS OP DRUGS Kidney failure deaths, A FIB, A typical Femur Fractures, and degenerative jaw risk, it goes for all OP drugs.
Reclast has the highest warning.
Reclast UPS kidney failure deaths, A FIB, A typical Femur Fractures, and degenerative jaw risk. Not to be given to Asthma patients.

Like most useful medications, Forteo may have its possible downside. In animals, it promotes the development of osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer. In humans, osteosarcoma has not been reported but it remains a concern with Forteo. (The daily injections are also a downside.)
My question why are they still on the market? No wonder the lawyers are so sue happy when the drugs are this bad they should have never been on the market in the first place.
Neither form of health care will cover one cent for needed medical device called HEARING AIDS. Even middle of the road ones are $3,400 a pair.
Why are people who are not diabetic treated differently than those who are not, yet have the same side disease? PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY, Medicare covers 100% of the cost of treating it for a diabetic 0% of the cost except for drugs if you are a non diabetic with PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY.
Wow! Great incites!
This lie has been overused. We're not all Grubers.
You are so right! I’ve been getting involved in local issues over the past few years and I have found a lot of people who don’t like how things are going, but don’t know where to start to change it. Most people just want a leader, some one to “go first”, then they have been very good about methodically attacking and addressing problems.
It gives me hope.
"A. Eighteen times. Its the law, you see.
The Galen Institute has compiled a list of all of the post-Thors gavel changes to the Affordable Care Act there have been 35 legislative changes in total; 18 of these have occurred without the input of the, uh, legislative branch. Its like someone there thinks elections should matter less or something.
Read the Galen Institutes list of 18 changes below important stuff, so Im including the entire list here. But be sure to click on their link for the other 17. And note this key obvious, but key quote: Even this large number of changes hasnt stopped the cascade of failures we are seeing today in the implementation of the law.....
Should read Why are people who are diabetic treated differently than those of us who are not, yet have the same side disease? PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY. There is no difference in the treatment or drugs. Yet those of us who are not diabetic are discriminated against.
What would happen if they assessed a tax and nobody paid it?
Then it's fair to say that they knew it was written to only give subsidies for policies purchased through state exchanges.
I just heard about this, Obama
Yeah, hard to get through something that dense as his head.
I think we’re going to find out; not that sheeple have much will to resist - I just don’t think many can afford it. I’m curious to see how this works out, and am thankful that for the time being this law doesn’t seem to have a direct and costly impact on me (yet).
What I remember is Niel Cavuto. He had a reporter camped out side of the closed and guarded door to the senate room where the final bill was drafted in total secrecy.
If there were any news reports, they were lies.
Niel installed a hot line, a red phone for callers to report what was happening and it remained silent.
Lies, Spin! Limbaugh Theorem: narrating the presidency and not governing. Caught in a blatant lie, so...lie some more.
The IRS will automatically deduct it from your tax refund.
You say, "I won't leave any money in there and give them the chance."
Well, now the IRS can legally seize people's bank accounts and those out the money have to prove the government is in the wrong - so that will be their next move to "collect."
