Dead on correct. My only point is if we don’t go down swinging, we are the cowards they are.

Depends on what your definition of 'swinging' is.

I contend via the evidence that Washington WILL NOT reform itself or allow itself to be reformed, period.

We are no longer a Republic, we are become a Fascist Oligarchy with a burgeoning defacto dictatorship at the Executive. We are idiots to fight on the battlefields the enemy has corrupted for itself and/or on ground of their choosing.

Stopping tyranny is NOT going to happen via the ballot box or via the politicians we send to D.C.

Fact of history and human nature. Why we think we are immune to those lessons can only be explained via Normalcy Bias and ridiculous amounts of Cognitive dissonance by a majority.

I’d define it as we the people doing whatever it is in our power we have to do to avoid the final box. Which is not something any sane man wants. At that point America/laws no longer exists as a country anyway and anarchy reins Bosnia style.

Well....Norm...yeah I think certain ideas are wrong from the get go...especially by people in power that are usually wrong.

When some of the supposed Pubbies in power grab some balls...let me know.

To: Seeing More Clearly Now

“Congress should act now and put in on the table BEFORE he signs anything on amnesty or any other subject. BHO has made it clear in speech after speech that he will continue to bypass the Constitution, including using his dictatorial power to bring America down in every way he can, including dissing U.S. immigration law.”

Obama is not the only one ignoring the Federal Constitution and using his power ligitimate and illegal to subvert the very concept of law. Im afraid we have a far larger problem in the ranks of the Federal injustice system that is now nearly devoid of anything resimbling written law.

Instead they now quite obviously operate upon their own self-serving system of edicts that bare little to no resemblance to that law which actually written in our constitution in a langauge that even the common man should be able to read.

but the common man’s understanding of the word “shall make no law” bares no relation to that ‘understanding’ now proclaimed and practiced regularly by the Federal injustice system. Equally impressive is the contrast between the words equal protection, and that discriminatory legal mandates now demanded by edict of the same injustice department.

Equality has become discrimination just as the words ‘no’ has become ‘unreasonable’. ‘Law’ is no longer that which is written by legislators but now instead is simply that which is opinionated by Federal Employees in black robes with ever dwindling even subjective relationship between the two.

This is not a free country anymore, certainly not a Republic or even a democracy, and im afraid Barack Obama is the least of our problems in that regard. Until those dictators are overthrown it really doesn’t matter what we say or do. They run the real show not us.

Give them some balls. Give them an order. Make it count by all of us speaking with a collective voice instead if infighting with political cowards. I never understand why we have to be passive princesses waiting for a white knight to do our dirty work.

Your entire post is spot on. ***The handwriting is on the wall.***

Learning from history and experience is the road of knowledge and wisdom, because it is the acceptance and application of reality and reason, i.e. Truth.

It works like this:

Matthew 24:14-15 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)

Dictatorships and oligarchies are not ended via civil means. Ever.

From the intro to the Book of Daniel in the Stone Edition Tanakh:

"There, in a land of spiritual poverty, the young captives sanctified God's name so undeniably that even Nebuchadnezzar had to acknowledge His greatness...
...Daniel was the leader of that generation, the inspiration of his peers, and the one who brought God's message to the heathen kings of Babylon."

The Republican Leadership for the last six years has FAILED to uphold the rule of law by REFUSING to hold accountable - a lawless regime that has usurped the rule of law with it’s own diktats, decrees and agenda. They have surrendered all moral and legislative authority to uphold their oaths to defend the Constitution.

Cocktail parties, pork spending, feasting off of ill-gotten gain, treating the property, time, talents and hard work of the American People with contempt and derision, there for the taking...

Daniel 5:23-24

23 But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.
25 And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

Whoso readeth, let him understand...

So? Let him as the non president. I’m good with that. I think many would be. The ones that aren’t don’t matter.

It has been orchestrated for that exact purpose. Why do so few ask themselves what 2.6 billion rounds of hollow point ammunition being stockpiled around the country by DHS for?? Why do school districts and small county police forces need MRAPs and military hardware being staged all over the country?

We do not want to face an ugly truth, because we think ourselves sane when mad men with visions of utopia are in the highest offices of power in the land.

Congress has already surrendered any authority to maintain and uphold the rule of law. McConnell's surrender of the Purse to Obama ought to be the evidence enough to convince you that there is no civil recourse left to the people to stop where we are being dragged to.

If the GOP Oligarchy will not risk shutting down the government to stop Obama's agenda - how can any thinking person allow themselves to believe that they will risk worse by impeaching a defacto dictator who happens to be the offspring of Frank Marshall Davis???

Usual wishy washy crap. Where are the grownups stating that they WILL push for impeachment if zero does this? They would start impeachment hearings now. Why wait?

People have been conditioned to believe it can’t happen here, to them and that big screens and F350s flow from the sky with no effort on their part to ensure it. Thats why the 1935 communist goals targeted education to destroy it.

Many on the right are as bad as the DU tupes because they simply forgot or refuse to think that freedom/America requires their personal input all the time.

Personally I expect a Fallout 3 scenario (Think Road Warrior) and I don’t blame the liberals as much as I do those on the right. Liberals were always morons. They are what they are. But people on the right willfully chose to make excuses to not defend and stand up for themselves and the country they CLAIM to believe in. Even on the far right as this thread shows.

According to the literal words of the constitution, violating the constitution is not grounds for impeachment. It has to be a high crime or misdemeanor, such as treason, which is also narrowly defined. SCOTUS can declare his executive order unconstitutional, and the lower courts can issue an injunction against enforcing it. But all of this will take time, and preliminary injunctive relief will be needed to stop him from carrying out his designs in the interim.

Obama and the dems would love to see an impeachment fiasco dominate the news for the next year or more and take all momentum out of the republican take over.

They are only the problem because we are the source of their power. The responsibility of electing unprincipled idiots that cower and serve their own ends ultimately falls on people that elected them. And people that KNEW what they were and elected them ANYWAY deserve the most blame of all.

Many of those particular are scrambling right now trying to find a way to dodge their responsibility. They can bitch all they want. The truth doesn’t care. It’s not to late to assign responsibility to where it belongs whether it changes anything or not. Because when this mess explodes in everyones faces, what ever rises from it needs to remember how and why the explosion happened if they are going to try avoiding it in the future.
