OBAMA: I'M BIG, YOU'RE SMALL, I'M RIGHT, YOU'RE WRONG
Breitbart News ^ | November 8, 2014 | by DAVID BOSSIE

Obama took to the podium on Wednesday after the midterm elections and made it clearer than ever that he lives in his own universe. Americans sent the message loud and clear that they reject his policies and the Democrat platform as it currently stands, yet Obama drove the message home that even with a Republican Congress in control, he would continue to push his extremely unpopular liberal agenda.

The wellbeing of Americans has never been the top priority in Obama-land, and his arrogant-selfishness was the resounding sentiment throughout his misguided press conference.

In Obama’s mind there may as well not have been a midterm election at all. No matter who is in control of Congress, Barack Obama is going to do whatever he darn well pleases through Executive Orders, and no one can tell him otherwise. Although he says “I hear you” to those who voted on Tuesday as well as those who chose not to vote, Obama doesn’t “hear” anything that goes against his own liberal agenda. Now that Republicans control Congress, they must pass legislation that will dry up President Obama’s veto pen. The new Republican majority must show who the real obstructionist is – President Obama.

Tyrants never have good endings. Never.

True that. But they always leave a wake of destruction behind them. I fear the worst is yet to come.

He knows all our country’s secrets. He will exploit and sell them to his minions after he is out of power. I think he will be even more dangerous then.

If Obama should dare to rule by decree, stop him by using the power of the purse.

Agree with you. But...Pubbies love to spend as much as the Dems do. Not holding my breath.

Any chance Boehner has the stones to say, “you WILL be impeached...”

If hew did it would be a bluff and everyone knows it. We would need around 13 dems to come across the aisle and vote for conviction. I just don't see ay of them going home and saying I am the one that convicted the weasel".

Impeachment would succeed in the House, but conviction would certainly fail in the Senate

Just to be argumentative...

When clintoon was impeached, the senate was dem, so obviously there was no chance. It's different now (or at least after the new congress convenes).

I don't think Boehner would say that unless he knew he had the votes in the senate.

I guess you don't think the repub senate would convict? After all the articles that would be brought up against him?

Nixon resigned because he knew the senate would convict. It never had to go to a vote then. But I guess 0 would have to be dragged out.

I look at Obama and see the child who missed twenty three shots in a row on the basketball court and then tells you he could be in the NBA. He is living in a fantasy world.

Definitely. He’s going all out now. Dangerous times ahead.

In that meeting the other day Harry Reid looked mean and obstinate. They’re going to get together and it won’t be nice.

Remember, it takes a simple majority in the House to impeach. But it takes a 2/3 majority in the Senate to convict.

Back in 1974, Senator Hugh Scott visited Nixon and told him that Republicans in the Senate would vote for conviction. But no way would any Democrat today vote for the conviction of Obama. Principles don't matter with them.

So the votes just aren't there in the Senate.

F$%KING pi$$ant, bad ticker or not, I could squash like a bug before the Secret Service could even think about moving.

Or at least that is what I would be thinking.

As long as there are liberal RINOs in the Senate, there is no majority

Did anyone notice where Boehner had to sit at yesterdays “luncheon”? Obola on one side and Nancy Pelosi on the other.
