The judge hasn’t signed the order yet, so the LEOs are impotent at this point. Nothing they can do until there’s a sig.

I had to google for that, which makes you the Old Fart of the Day. :-) I know it only from the Benny Hill show of the mid-70’s.

That same page shows a photograph of a CDC intelligence officer wearing a military costume, complete with multiple stars on the shirt collar and a military-style name tag. These are symbols used to project the appearance of authority by adopting military dress even though the CDC isn’t even under the command of the Dept. of Defense.

Fake nurse. Fake authority. Fake administration. Fake POTUS. One day they'll all get their comeuppance.

if you live in Maine why land in NJ and not in Boston?

Because all travellers coming (indirectly) from West Africa are currently required to enter the U.S. through one of five specified airports, and Logan isn't one of them.

Recall that the doctor currently under treatment also decided that he was not sick and didn’t need to self-quarantine.

Why don’t we hear too much about him these days like we did the nurses? Why, maybe it’s because he is sick and not necessarily getting better. Got to keep that quiet because if he croaks then all those who were potentially in contact with him during his free for all outings are going to be worried, and pissed and that could lead to torches and pitchforks.

Lock the bitch and her boyfriend in a room and after 21 days if they are still alive and well let them out.

She is a CDC investigator, which means she handles statistics. Her stint there was only a resume enhancement. She doesn’t give one whit about caring for people in the true sense of most nurses.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that she was never really near patients. However, just like the cameraman wasn’t with patients, just being in the hot zone makes you more likely to contract the virus.

Newark is a hub she may have had a connecting flight from Newark to Boston but was quarantined after clearing customs.

That intelligence officer title is obtained by taking some courses. Everyone who takes the courses gets the title. Another name for intelligence officer is statistician. That's what she does...creates stats...writes papers.

http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/eis.html

Her self written bio, scrubbed after she made herself news, stated that she had applied for work with MSF and was rejected. Kaci didn't state the reason but her bio indicates the lack and level of experience MSF requires for this deadly type of field work.

Make note that even experienced ICU nurses have to be trained to deal with EVD patients, core experience that Kaci lacks.

She then applied to CDC and was accepted. And on to Africa as a politico-medico liason clerk.

So her loud and continual proclaimations of, I'm a nurse! I know it all! Because science!" Ring quite hollow.

The whole temperature scanning procedure is suspect as approximately 12.5% of Ebola victims show no fever during the entire course of the disease even until death (see ebola surveilance thread).

Ponder that, 1 in 8 confirmed EVD victims never show a fever. The genetic PRC tests taken early is suspect cases have a high return of false negatives because the viral loading is low. Dr. Branley's first test was negative even as he suspected that he had contracted EVD.

Kaci (darn, can't find the little heart symbol over the "I") has thrust herself forward at every opportunity. When the media attention lagged she called them and issued deliberate provocative statements. Pure political theater by Obama with the end goal of eliminating the states control of their public health systems with regard to diseased illegal aliens.

take note, that after months of blocking all attempts to number and locate the wave of illegal "child" aliens, suddenly a press release was made two days ago with a very specific number, some 64k, and that none of them had the E68V. Synchronicity at it's finest.

Fake defiance as well.

If they were REALLY brave, why did they just take a bike ride? Why not head straight to a mall?

Bike ride is pretty safe - makes the law look stupid to arrest her for taking a bike ride. Go to the mall and you’ll be more obvious about not giving a hoot about anyone else, plus the law will have the people on their side.

Liberal response:

But that is racism. Only white people live in the rural areas. The blacks from Africa are forced to live in the cities and would have to stay indoors.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Bizarro World.....

You have ‘broken the code’.

Used to be that if a shopping center went in one part of town or the state was buying up land to build a highway if it was in the ‘White’ side of town, the ‘Black’ leaders would start complaining that all the money went to the White side and none to the Black side.
For the next project, if it happened to take it through the ‘Black’ part of town, the ‘Black’ leaders complain that they are being picked on and the City etal is stealing their land.

My ex wife uses the same strategy.
If she goes to a ‘ball game’ that charges but doesn’t charge over 65 she complains she didn’t get her discount.
I say “Did you tell them” NO!!.
Like the ‘person’ selling tickets says.
I am sorry, but if you DON’T tell me, I am going to charge you. Too many people get bent out of shape by my assuming they are ‘Seniors’...(Yes, it is the ‘Perfect Storm for my ex - get to (rhymes with WITCH)..... no matter which way it goes.....

Well, IMHO, she has just ruined her chances of significant employment.

In medical fields your aberrance to procedures and policies is critical to your own well being as well as the level of care provided to your patients.

Her tempter tantrum proves that she will not adhere to policies and procedures that she finds inconvenient. Now the question becomes what other policies and procedures will she ignore?

Her mama says she lives with the bf. Hope the neighbors put out signs against Ebola and shun them at the grocery store and restaurants. Hope the bicycle shop won’t sell him a new chain. Guess she’d sue the garbage company if they refused to pick up her trash.

CDC so far has botched, bungled, and blown it.

Some of those guidelines mentioned are interim...
