If on national TV you pass along from a "friend" an extremely damning charge about someone's morality, do you have an obligation to identify that "friend" or provide some sort of substantiation for the charge? Nicolle Wallace apparently doesn't think so.
On today's Morning Joe, speaking of Rick Scott and Charlie Crist, Wallace blithely passed along the charge from an unnamed "friend" from Tallahassee that "these are two guys who are the least tethered to any sort of moral compass that have ever run against each other."

Another I’m a republican but the democrats get it and we need to get with the program turn coat! Mrs. Carville is another one. Why have any of these people are in a position of trust during a political campaign is insanity and suicidal.

No doubt, and they use this as a major marketing tool. Their wacky hosts make their frequent over the top comments solely so that right leaning blogs and web sites will post and comment on them in shock and outrage thus giving MSNBC the only exposure and publicity they can get.

I think Nicole is already working with Perry and Schmidt. They have to find a way to take Cruz out.

I’ll probably vote for Scott. But I really don’t want to. He’s a slimy bastard, too. Just not quite as slimy as Crist.
