New York City health officials have released Morgan Dixon, the 30-year-old fiancée of recently diagnosed Ebola patient Dr. Craig Spencer, to her West 147th Street Manhattan apartment where, as WSJ reports, she will remain under mandatory quarantine.
This 'good' news comes as New York's Department of Health issues a statement on the deteriorating condition of Dr. Spencer who "is entering the next phase of the illness, which is anticipated gastrointestinal symptoms."
This was expected apparently, as NYC's health commissioner Mary Basset noted, "we've seen with this disease that it continues to get worse before it gets better." A large CDC team is actively involved.

This the guy who ran all over NYC for a week?
“NYC’s health commissioner Mary Basset noted, “we’ve seen with this disease that it continues to get worse before it gets better.””
We? How many other cases of Ebola has NYC’s health commission seen? I thought this was the first, apparently not...???

“So this week, after learning that Dr. Spencer had brought Ebola home to New York from Guinea ...”
Well, isn’t that information comforting. ~s~
Good thing O’Bola the muslim is in charge.
I am convinced he was sick before he reported it and was in denial until he could no ignore it. I guess we will find out how many people he gave Ebola to while he was wandering around spreading it.
I'd be surprised if he gave it to anyone (other than medical personnel). People are typically pretty sick when they are at their most contagious--he didn't have symptoms when he went out.
I don't trust this admin or media to be truthful about anything. This ebola crisis could have been made up out of whole cloth. So when Obama "catches" (er uh) it the masses will rally round the halfrican and vote demoncrat.
Can't be too cynical, suspicious, and/or paranoid these days.
No symptoms that we know of. He was taken in a wheel chair to the gurney when the ambulance picked him up. He seemed to go downhill pretty fast for someone that was not having symptoms.
It depends on if the “we” was meant as “we health professionals”.
there is NOTHING..utterly and absolutely NOTHING beneath these people.
the regime’s desperation.combined with it’s evil intent adds up to Just about anything we could imagine
the genesis...of this alleged “pandemic” is simply too CONVENIENTLY CLOSE to the date of the Election for it not to be a case of media agitprop.
the fear of losing CONTROL of Congress has pushed the vile and reprehensible to NEW DEPTHS of foul behavior.
Looks like one of these selfish idiots will have to die before they seek help at the first symptoms and don’t fly, cruise, bowl, drink soup etc for days while Ebola rages through them...
Yeah first there was Ebola Eric, now Ebola Contagious Craig...
“It depends on if the we was meant as we health professionals.”
I understand, but that is not what was said.
Much criticism was directed at Dallas for their handling the event, now NY are experts.
-——a large CDC team is actively involved———
Every morning the team comes to the hospital and dithers till noon. After deli corn beef sandwiches they return to dither till 3:00 at which time they meet with the hospital staff to reiterate protocols.
After the meeting the White House minder calls home and reports that they have done an exceptional job and that all seems to be well.
I hope he heals quickly even though he made me angry for traipsing around NY city with Ebola.
The headline “NYC Ebola Patient’s Condition Worsens As Fiancee Returns Home” indicates there may be causation with her return and his worsening condition.
A picture of her is called for.
Interesting. Health/life BUMP!
When Ebola symptoms appear, they hit hard. That's another reason that it is highly unlikely that he was out bowling while symptomatic.
I have the same suspicion. The nurses in Dallas started out with temps of 99.5 and he supposedly went from asymptomatic to 103 overnight? I don’t buy it. His denial will cost him his life, and has endangered many more.
