No news article to post-- the only article so far is in the Clarion-Ledger, which we can't post. But the Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed the lower court ruling that Chris McDaniel's challenge to Thad Cochran's primary win was filed too late. The Court's decision is here.
Maybe so but McDaniels didn’t file in Federal court. He filed
in MS state courts and that’s where the decisions have been made.
Yes, he’s exhausted his options in Mississippi courts.
Rigged from the start, just like this entire upcoming election. I hope Thad loses everything in the coming collapse!
Initially I had hopes that Chris McDaniel would prevail. Then the months went on. The hope started to dim. Too bad. But maybe McDaniel will come back again.
Blatant theft. Disgusting.
MS people don’t like upsetting the status quo. They are comfortable with their old shoes.
The status quo was defeated with legitimate voters. This is voter fraud on a massive scale, plain and simple. People should be going to jail for this.
There isn’t a deadline for an election result to be challenqed, if I’m understandinq correctly.
Maybe the punishment for the MS corruptoRINO’s should be to qet a qovernor and Senator in jail for election fraud... The party can cheat to qet the criminal they like into office, but fat lot of qood that ouqht to do if the criminal they wanted is in jail instead of in the leqislature...
Maybe the rest of the country can boycott MS. Sad to take down the qood folks alonq with the bad...
re:Breaking: Mississippi Supreme Court Rules for Cochran [my title]
I really expected this. Hell them robed politicians know who brings home the bacon. So naturally they would vote GOPE or Democrat, whichever party they owe their allegiance to.
As loathe as I am to suggest it, absent the rightful winner of a MAJORITY of actual Republican voters, perhaps voting for the actual Democrat party nominee is a way to address this issue. Thad the Cad should not be allowed to resume his term in January 2015 at all.
This was no surprise. GOP-e.
Who does that surprise? Conservatives get their hind ends reamed out one more time.
Well any chance of doing a “write-in” vote campaign? I know I use the “write-in” slot quite often when not given a good choice.
These kind of same liberals in 2000 said military ballots in FL didn’t count, as argued by Gore’s lawyers, because they were postmarked too late.
A total lie since ballots from military overseas don’t have to be postmarked and do not go through the Post Office. They use military APO’s.
Just like Rove and Bush didn’t fight against the lies there weren’t any wmd’s in Iraq, their lawyers never brought this up.
The GOPe is now into high gear with its efforts to create a false bandwagon effect like they did with Romney in 2012, but I suspect they will come up short in sucking in grassroots voters like me into supporting RINO’s.
They are spinning good polls numbers suggesting the GOP is going to win the Senate or are close to winning in pre-election polls and it will be my fault if I don’t support JOE RINO on November 4th.
The grassroots Dems have also been shafted by Obama with Obamacare making them pay more for insurance and cutting work weeks to 30 hours and so on, not to mention his war policy in Iraq.....
NO MORE VOTES FOR RINO’s.....
Too late to slap Cochran down and still get McDaniel on the ballot. Time to let Cochran and those who devised this betrayal know what we think of them on election day.
I totally agree our legal system is corrupt. Most people don’t understand this unless they have been personally affected by it. In part, this is because not every legal decision is corrupt. If money and power are not involved, there can be a fair decision, but the more money and power comes in to play, the more likely a decision can be bought or blackmailed, coerced or influenced.
If I were going to try to fix the system, I’d start with the legal system, though I’m not entirely sure where/how I’d start. There is so much that needs fixing.
1. Corrupt judges who take bribes.
2. Corrupt judges who make rulings based on personal ideology, not the law.
3. Stupid judges who are too clueless to be on the bench.
4. Laws which are not Constitutional.
4.a. Federal laws which encroach on states’ rights.
The state won’t count write ins which is why I an voting Democrat
Remember when Bryant runs he stayed quiet on this
