A judge in Alabama issued an order Wednesday throwing out the lawsuit filed by Johnny Lee Banks Jr. and his wife against a hospital and doctors he says injured him.
. . .
Banks says he awoke from what should have been a routine circumcision to realize his penis was gone. The hospital and doctors deny any wrongdoing.

I’m Gonna Jump
In Jerusalem a man is going to jump off the building. Up rushes a good Jewish cop to talk him down.
Cop yells up to the man “Don’t jump! Think of your father.” Man replies, “I haven’t got a father. I’m going to jump.”
The cop goes through a list of relatives - mother, brothers, sister, etc. Each time man says “haven’t got one, going to jump.”
Desperate the cop yells up, “Don’t jump! Think of your Rabbi!” Man replies “Who is that?”
Cop yells “Jump, Muslim! You’re blocking traffic!”
Will it stand up in court?
may be hard on the jury
My guess is that they discovered he had carcinoma of the penis once they pulled back the foreskin, and went ahead and performed penectomy (removal of the cancer), as is necessary for that disease. The mistake was probably not waking up the patient and explaining the situation to the patient and his wife, and getting their consent for the procedure first.
Apparently the whole episode has been quite humiliating for Mr. Johnny Lee Banks Jr. He is going to court to have his name changed.
He will now be known as Les Johnson.
And the spelling should be left to...
And I think you meant “mohels,” not “rabbais.”
Love it!!!
