Reports coming in from Canada of shooting at the Library of Parliament. One shooter reported captured. Unconfirmed reports of one dead. Police looking for more shooters, but not sure if more.
CTV commentator: this was definitely a planned attack.
Regular security would not be expecting someone walking in with a weapon and using it. That will change, now.
I came to hate that show. What turned me off was an episode where a young misfit couple were robbing a jewelry store. I think the backdrop was that the criminal wife was suffering from some disease which healthcare wouldn't cover - thus they were 'forced' to rob. The jewelry store was run by some middle aged couple, and the young thieves put a knife to the jewelry store owner-wife. The jewelry store owner-husband pulled a gun on the criminal couple, but they convinced him to drop the gun, or else they'd stab his wife. He did, and the Canadian Bonnie and Clyde took off with the Gun. When the Canadian JBTs ('Flashpoint') showed up, they kept sneeringly referring to the owners as Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Wesson. And, of course, since the young criminals now had a gun in their possession -- they had to commit crimes. Because having a gun just does that to people...
I clicked that show off, and never watched it again.

Free people always have a lot extra in the tank weather it’s a hockey game or a fight.
This is a part of the calculus this government does not understand. The American people will not roll over to tyranny.
This should probably be a wake up call to the WH secret service, considering how they recently let someone get over the fence, across the lawn, and into a couple of rooms.
US Capitol Hill/WH is probably on high alert.
This is more than a “lone wolf”, not sure yet how big it is. At least two shooters, apparent target was MPs gathering for Caucus Day.

I prefer Canada & USA declare our countries Islam free zones.
This is about the closest thing to 9/11 Canada has had.
