Reports coming in from Canada of shooting at the Library of Parliament. One shooter reported captured. Unconfirmed reports of one dead. Police looking for more shooters, but not sure if more.

One could pretty much have laid that statement over the 9 11 events as well. They had suspicions but no specifics until it happened.

I tried but Canadian SWAT is almost a contradiction. Too many instances in my head about where I could imagine them saying “eh” and “aboot” in normal dialog. That came from an Air Farce skit about absurdly politically correct cops.
