Wilson told investigators that after Brown passed by, Wilson realized that Johnson’s clothing matched a recent radio alert about a suspect in a robbery at a nearby market where cigarillos had been taken. Wilson radioed for assistance and backed up his SUV to Brown and Johnson.
The source said Wilson told investigators he had placed the SUV in park. When Wilson tried to get out of the SUV, Brown slammed its door shut and punched Wilson in the left side of the face through the open window, the source said.
Wilson, trapped in the front seat, couldn’t use his pepper spray in the confined space because it would incapacitate him as well. His baton was at the back of his utility belt, where he was essentially sitting on it. He did not have a Taser. So he drew his gun.
Brown grabbed the pistol using his right hand, with his elbow against Wilson. Wilson described Brown as incredibly strong, the source said.
During the struggle, Brown handed the cigarillos to Johnson, then swung his left hand and hit Wilson on the right side of the face. Wilson said he almost lost consciousness, the source said. Brown then began to use his left hand in the struggle for the gun, and turned the pistol until the barrel was against Wilson’s hip.

That average size officer was trying to pull an over 300 lb/6 ft + man through a car window? That would have been a tight squeeze. I suspect the witness with Michael had been doing dope too. But then there seems to be no common sense in the Ferguson crowd.
Right after this story broke, there was some moron FReeper who argued that it was Wilson trying to pull Brown through his cop car window. Forget who it was, but it was an idiot.
The story didn’t end because the people around there believe he did nothing wrong. he wanted something and he got it. They’ve been led to believe the lie that everyone steals, white business people steal, cheat, deceive and they live the high life so why can’t “we”.
It’s the failure of “welfare” and the replacement of personal responsibility with state assistance. Have a child at 14? don’t worry the gubmint will pay. drop out of school? don’t worry get “the welfare”. Getting out of jail? don’t worry, you’ll get free college. have five children with five daddies? don’t worry, the state will pay for your weave and Obamaphone. They want to live like JayZ and Fiddy and smoke the kush, drink champagne and party at the studio with hoes. When you explain to them that it won’t happen, they get angry.

Yep, that account of the accomplice, er, uh...fellow ‘victim’ is pure unadulterated BS.
That account matches almost perfectly the version I heard from a retired law enforcement officer within days of the incident. His son works in LE in St. Louis (I’m two hours away) and that’s the story he heard.

Well, many of us who are “2nd amendment ready” will be in less trouble.
Never let the facts get in the way of a good race riot.
I believe the final stamp on this story is the autopsy report (if it shows the angle of the shot and how close the kid was to the cop), and the toxicology report. If the kid shows weed and PCP in his system (my suggestion) then he was likely under some influence and not clearly able to think. It’s hard for a jury to find any way to convict the cop at that point.
I feel sorry for the kid. But stupidity and drugs...gets you dead.

Those cigarillos were important to the thug. He handed them to his partner while he was assaulting the cop. You’d think he would have thrown them on the ground. It shows how strong this “kid” was. Hell, he stopped a bunch of bullets. It’s a good thing the cop had one more than was needed.

There were a more than just a few Freepers on the wrong side, but you’ve gotta admit: the pigs have EARNED that distrust in spades. This looks like a good and righteous kill, but my first instinct now is to always believe the pigs are lying and covering for each other.
