Let the wave of lawsuits begin.

Who can she sue? Duncan is dead and it’s not likely his family is wealthy enough to bother suing? The hospital? CDC? It should be interesting to see who, if anyone, this lawyer wants to sue.

Would anyone be surprised if attorneys would be lining up to offer their services to US Ebola victims? I hope they sue the crap out of the obamunists.

They are trying to get an upper hand in avoiding being found negligent in her decision to go traipsing around the country when she knew she had symptoms of obola. If others she came into contact with come down with obola she is going to have legal problems.

I hope he is a defense lawyer. Because she is an idiot and if anyone in Cleveland gets sick, she is going to be the target of a huge group of lawsuits.

Big lawyers and law firms support the Democrat Party and all candidates. Now we see who is behind failure to put in travel bans. They want a boatload of new cases. How selfish.

This (fill in the blank) should be booted from the nursing field. Every nurse I know ( and that is more than twenty) have been appalled by this person. Not a one of them thinks she should be a nurse

I don't blame her. She followed the protocol she was given. Obviously, the CDC knew she was going to Ohio and let her go. They also let the lab manager go on a cruise, until the CDC got a lot of heat from the media for letting Amber go to Ohio. Then the CDC decided to go after the lady on the cruise, so they look like they were doing something. If the lab worker could get Ebola from a lab slide (unless she didn't use gloves), we are all in trouble.
Have you noticed they don't tell us what the protocols at Emory or the other Ebola hospitals have for lab workers. I bet the same as the Dallas hospital lab used, yet they aren't being monitored. The nurses were using CDC protocols, but the other Ebola hospitals went further and used respirator self contained hazmat outfits for nurses and doctors. What about the lab workers?
The Obama admin is the one to go after and their stupid CDC head.

Martin's past clients have included Michael Vick and disgraced former Idaho Sen. Larry Craig. It seems to me that Billy Martin seems to specialize in representing losers.

She is going to sue chosen media entities/public persons/ deep pockets that criticized her for getting on plane while sick. You can bet she feels she did no wrong.

Who loves Ebola? The lawyers and the CDC idiots. The Federale drones at CDC has been salivating to have Ebola victims here in America as human guinea pigs to test, poke and prod.
