Sometimes people and institutions have to do the right thing despite threats from ignorant mobs. No matter if he has injured the officer who’s now looking out of one eye at most, no matter if you are approaching him EVEN AFTER he shot you and he knows that you are just pretending you “give” until you get close enough to kill the cop, raising your hands is a universal get-out-of-jail-free card. Well I do when I can find them -- and they still have race-related crime data. I have posted what I can find including the FBI homicide data showing interracial homicides.
I've given up trying to find more like that.. after decades of annual survey data showing interracial victim-offender data the Department of Justice's National Crime Victimization Survey quit publishing the NCVS Table 42 data -- a little to honest about race relations for the Obama-Holder demagogues.
