Here is my solution to this problem: if you are over 14 years of age, it is illegal for you too! We’ll send the teacher to jail, and we’ll send you to a different jail.
Once my law is passed, the principals at each school can call everybody into the auditorium and clearly explain this law. Kids, find a girl friend or a boy friend your own age! The teachers are off limits.
We see it as illegal, but the way things are going here (USA) lately I can see some lobbyists trying to make it the norm. It don’t take much to do so lately, I am sure it can be accomplished within the next 2 years.
So if groomed properly the prediror may get off.

Some liberals want to do away with age of consent laws. Which would make this sort of thing legal.
It may well be that this boy was an eager participant. Admittedly we have to make a moral judgment that he should not be having sex with the teacher. Whether he was eager or not. The way this word is going, we are reaching a point where we will not be allowed to make any moral type judgements in connection with the law.
Which will lead to getting rid of the laws on age of consent. Whichnwoukd be a pedophike dream come true. I that happens all pedos will say their victims consented to whatever happened.

Firstly, faculty-student anti-miscegination rules far predated the rise in America of those who wanted to extend government powers into the area of sexual behavior. Originally, it was recognized that students competed for grades and academic accomplishment. I know this is hard to believe for present day Americans accustomed to the surly, indifferent, hostile, even dangerous ‘students’ of todays Pooblik Skrewls.
However, it hard historic fact that once students did compete, and it was known that if a student was in a sexual relationship with the educator, the educators’ fairness in academic grading was questionable.
A more timely, and much more pertinent issue is whether allowing Big Government(BigGov.) to supervise sexual behavior can end in any other way than tyranny. Note that now BigGov can, and does prosecute an American who in a foreign land, and in compliance with all laws in said foreign land, engages in a consensual sexual act which BigGov. has outlawed in America.
By so doing, America has userped all other systems of law on earth - a mechanism which is all too similar to Sharia Law's claim of universality. At least Sharia Law claims to be more or less “holy” whereas BigGov merely prosecutes because it claims to be doing good.
Florida is a case in point. Florida passed laws establishing a swarm of offices to “help” children who were being physically or sexually abused. After decades and umpteen megabucks expended, the data is clear, unambiguous, and most damning. Children removed from a physically or sexually abusive family and placed in Florida custody/supervision are physically and/or sexually abused more while in Florida custody.

The Founders knew some things were beyond the power of government, and they were well aware of the danger of an intrusive government.
Child abuse is a particularly egregious sin, one which Jesus discussed - complete with what He thought were the proper punishments for such abuses. Yet, even Jesus didn't attempt to oversee all families.
Jesus knew evil was part of life on earth and charged each person with responsibly acting towards children and made clear that at Final Judgment, abuse of children would not be considered justifiable.
I suggest that when BigGov. undertakes regulatory acts which Jesus didn't, that such AgencyPersons are not really more powerful, or more wise, or more just than Jesus. Sex acts of, and with children were largely decided by the parents. For example, Roman Law considered the child to be the property of the parent until age of majority.
Now, using Florida as an example, BigGov. can take possession of the child because it accepted that the Floridian is something of a subject rather than a citizen.
Given that Florida has succeeded in creating a vast bureaucracy enabling child beaters and child molesters at great cost to the taxpayers, one can't avoid asking if the attempt to reduce evil should be continued when it creates more of the evil it was intended to prevent.
Perhaps Moses and Jesus were right. Perhaps the Founders understood the limits of government far better than have the present day Florida voters.
Are present day BigGov. laws regarding sexual activities unconstitutional and are their severe unintended consequences avoidable or are they inherent in allowing BigGov. into such areas of human activities?. Particularly in the realm of regulating sex, BigGov. can be said to have done far more harm than good.
Indeed, a case can be made BigGov. employees are the primary beneficiaries of letting BigGov. regulate sex related human activities.

Really? Do I really have to state the obvious? ...There should be a “double standard”. It is absolutely not the same thing when an older women has sex with a teenage boy as compared to when an older man has sex with a teenage girl. It is not the same... everyone knows that it is not the same... and yet we have all of these disingenuous arguments from people who are deliberately ignoring reality.
Would it really be better if the kid was having sex with a girl his own age? Really? Do I really have to point out that is a very common situation these days. And it has likely been a common situation for all of history. My wife and I have a friend who is now 18 who impregnated a girl his own age when he was 15. Believe me, it has not been a good situation for anyone involved. I only wish that he could have had a teacher who might have given him an outlet for his sexual desires.
The reality that everyone is aware of is that most young men are extremely horny at 15 while most girls at 15 are taken by romantic fantasies and/or looking for acceptance? Many 15 year old “boys” force themselves on girls there own age or coerce them by other means. At least this woman was giving one horny 15 year old an outlet that most likely kept him from having sex with a girl his own age. She obviously has a screw loose, but she doesn’t deserve jail time... she should probably get a collective thank you from the girls his own age who he would have been having sex with instead.
Not surprising. Apparently the cops in Rotherham thought it perfectly reasonable that 12 and 13 year old girls (as well as those older) were “willing participants” in sexual activity with (Pakistani and Afghani Muslim background) men in their mid-20s. So, no double standard in the UK - they have no standards.
The judge must think it was a sex education lesson?.
