Racing along cracked and bumpy roads here, Gordon Kamara shouted into his cellphone over the shrieking sirens of his ambulance. The phone had been ringing nonstop since 5 a.m.
“Not today! Not today!” Mr. Kamara, an ambulance nurse, yelled later in the day. “We are on the opposite side of town!”
The calls have all been the same in recent weeks: from friends, friends of friends, extended family, complete strangers. All of them have loved ones sick with Ebola and beg him to come quickly. Seven days a week, Mr. Kamara and his crew span Monrovia, Liberia’s capital, in a donated, old American ambulance — with California license plates still attached.
“It never stops,” said Mr. Kamara, getting another call the moment he hangs up.
The 15 or so ambulance teams bolting around the city have had many days of hard choices like this. Hundreds of new Ebola cases are reported each week in Monrovia, with many more never accounted for. And over the course of the epidemic, only a small percentage of them have ever made it to a hospital.

I may be one of the few FReepers who has been to Liberia.
When I first arrived I remember seeing little villages lining the road from Roberts International Airport to Monrovia and though that those people were so poor. Huts were thrown together with whatever they could find, cardboard, palm fronds, etc.
Then I made my way into Monrovia. walls were blown out of buildings. There were no wires between telephone poles, no electricity. They filled up mason jars to put gas in car gas tanks. I was standing on a street corner and wondered what the horrible smell hat was assailing my senses was. I looked down as a big chunk of human waste floated by.
I realized that the folks in the villages had it better than those in town.
I read an article the other day that said some kind of fighting is going on in something like 135 countries around the world. Some type of border skirmish, civil conflict, out and out war, terrorist garbage like our dear peace loving friends, the murdering thugs of izzlam.
These are the very days that the LORD Jesus told us was coming. They are here. They are going to get worse, much worse. Time is running out for this planet and the people to inhabit it. There is only one, ONE way out. His name is Jesus, the Christ. If you don't know Him, I urge you to take another look if you have tossed Him aside. It is a decision that means you will end up in His Heaven, or you may, if He takes His church home before you die, place you in Daniel's 70th Week, called the Tribulation.
The Bible says that in the first 3.5 years of the Trib, that's something like 1.5 BILLION people dead very quickly. The second 3.5 years is called the Great Tribulation and the Anti-Christ will be in full power. Many more billions are going to die. This is not going to be a time that you will want to be on this earth. If you think that you can survive, then you have a lot to learn. Chances are that you will not. About 3/4's or more of this planet will be dead when Jesus comes the Second time. He will have something called the Sheep and Goats Judgment at that time. Your faith in Him and certain things you did, will determine if you go into His Earthly Kingdom, His 1,000 year earthly reign, or you are thrown into the Lake of Fire. Still think you will make it? Odds are against you.
I urge you fellow conservatives, friends, and patriots, seek the LORD now, while you have the chance. America is not going to save you. God does not get goose pimples when the Star Spangled Banner starts playing and Old Glory runs up the post. What country you are from is not going to help you. It is YOUR personal relationship with Him that will save you and get you home to Heaven and avoid the coming disaster that this planet is facing. Not setting dates here, but it could happen at any moment. No other piece of Bible prophesy must be done before He comes. Israel becoming a nation again was the last real thing that needed to be accomplished. Keep your eyes on Israel. THAT is where things are happening that will decide this world's ultimate fate. The Book of Genesis tells us that He will curse those that Curse Israel and Bless those that Bless Israel. I'd be on Israel's side if I were you.
But, the main trigger is the last person saved. God has a count. It is a numbers thing. When that last person is saved that completes His Church, the Body of Christ, His Bride, then the Father will tell the Son to go get His Bride and the Rapture of the Church takes place. (To the Mid-and Pre-Tribbers, no need to write an yell, I don't follow your wrong interpretation of Scripture. I believe the Bible FULLY and SOLIDLY backs the Pre-Trib Rapture and ain't gonna spend three days arguing about it here, so don't bother, I ain't biting).

And the non believers and the Obama loyalists think this is just a passing moment in time and the virus is not that serious. Everything is connected to a larger purpose. It’s pretty clear, we will be destroyed eventually as a society. No one in the power circles are making the right decisions as we need that the most.

The whole place is a filthy mess. Why can’t the healthy people clean up? It might help them stop the spread. What will happen here if it takes hold in the neighborhoods similar to that where people don’t work or do anything?
