Friends described her as compassionate and devoted to her vocation HazChem teams spent the weekend fumigating her Dallas apartment
Dallas Mayor said her beloved King Charles Spaniel will not be destroyed
Authorities have blamed a 'breach of protocol' - but nursing leaders have criticized the CDC for making her a scapegoat
Holding her beloved dog, this is the first picture of Nina Pham, the courageous nurse who contracted Ebola while treating 'patient zero' Thomas Eric Duncan the man who brought the deadly virus to America.
The 26-year-old, from Fort Worth, Texas, was one of the team of medical staff who treated Mr Duncan at the Dallas Presbyterian Hospital before he died from the dreaded virus last week.

The British newspapers report the stories our media won’t report.
They also just reported the NBC doc who broke her quarantine and went out to a restaurant.
this this and THIS
HazChem teams spent the weekend fumigating her apartment in Dallas while health officials have ordered an investigation into how she contracted the disease.
Her beloved King Charles Spaniel will not be destroyed and is being quarantined, Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings has assured.
Charles Johnson had her name and pictures posted on Twitter yesterday.
I have a copy of that thread if you want it back.
When the CDC stops calling gun violence a disease, Ill believe theyre not politcally motivated and not full of PC crap regarding Ebola.
It was only a matter of time before we all knew who she was.
People would want to know if they have been in contact with her at the grocery, book store, vitamin store, cleaners..on and on..any place....
The party lines will be cast upon her. That part is very sad. She may even want people to know once she feels alienated so, her side gets out.
>>Will she and her family be able to sue the Duncan family for his illegally skirting the travel ban from Liberia?
<<
What and deprive the Duncans of all 12 cents of their assets?
I think we are about to see disease tourism. People with bad diseases in hellhole countries will scrape together enough for a ticket to the USA, lie on all their forms, then pop into the nearest hospital saying “I have Ebola — deal with it.”
That will get worse when we develop a cure (we are clearly close based on the 2 aid workers that survived).
Good bless Nina Pham.
the optics are damning to present obola and Jesse Jackson.
Yep!....while the F’er is golfing and RATS are blaming the GOP...SOBs.... I hate them all I wish to God people would stand up!!!
The family reached out to WFAA this morning. They had attempted to stay anonymous.
This poor, sweet, dedicated nurse.
My prayers for her complete recovery.
The illegal bastard responsible had NO BUSINESS here on our shores.
Yep, I saw that...though I knew overseas media would be the first to publish the info...thanks for trying.
I remember when everyone on FR knew the name of the Fort Hood shooter hours before the news media broke the story.
Her family will most likely start receiving much needed donations wether they want them or not.
It IS EVER in the understanding of the rules. which just might explain the difference in the conservatives and the democrats. We simply perceive things in differing ways.
God help and bless America, in Jesus name, amen.
I’m sure Praying she can beat this awful thing. Her poor family must be horrified.
I was just now listening to Curtis Sliwa and Ron Kuby on the radio, they do not know the name or even ethnicity of this woman.
And I heard some MD interviewed on Fox News (via the radio) and he averred that she was probably one of the most senior caregivers. Which I sincerely doubt since she is only 26. And her age has been known.
You know, it makes me feel like people just don’t know what they are talking about.
