The family of Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan are venting their outrage that the late Liberian may not have received the same quality of care leading up to his death Wednesday morning as the other patients treated in the U.S. for the dreaded virus.
'No one has died of Ebola in the U.S. before. This is the first time,' Duncan's furious nephew Joe Weeks told ABC.
Weeks and others in Duncan's family are calling his treatment 'unfair,' after seeing other patients pulled from the brink of death in government-funded evacuation planes and using life-saving blood transfusions and cutting edge drugs.
Five US citizens have been diagnosed with Ebola and three of them have beaten it. NBC News cameraman Ashoka Mukpo, the latest American victim, arrived at the infectious disease ward at the University of Nebraska Medical Center this week for treatment. A fourth victim, a World Health Organization doctor, is being treated in Atlanta.

Stay the hell away!
I wonder what level of care he would have received in Liberia.
No, it was America who has recieved unfair treatment from their evil, selfish, lying relative.
they are right. He should have been treated like the rest of the Turd World Shit holers that think we are their sugar daddy.
Left back in the hut to die.
Free to him...last figure I saw was half a million!!!
Why should ANY hospital admit a black ebola patient if there is the possibility that it gets sued if the patient does not survive?
With that attitude, why don’t you all pack up and leave?
I am tired of paying for those who do not even care to assimilate to America’s laws and traditions (even though, the leftists are destroying those for now). They are very lucky to be here, in my opinion and seem to think the norm is.. come here. ..to be black, you get pay checks from the government.
“Fine - America’s racist. You’re free to go.”
Well you know, last year I was sick with a nearly terminal disease. I immediately booked the first flight out to Liberia, and checked into a Liberian clinic.
This Liberian funded clinic gave me top notch treatment at no cost, I don’t see why we shouldn’t do the same in return.

Great. Now we’re getting the shakedown treatment from the international gibsmedat crowd.
Duncan came to the US because he knew he had been exposed to and likely contracted Ebola and staying in Liberia meant a death sentence. He hopped a plane to the US knowing that he would get FREE medical care in the best health care system in the world and at least have a chance at survival. The selfish bastard didn’t care a whit for all the others he exposed to the disease in the process including members of his own family. His family should be presented a bill for his care by the taxpayers of Texas. To insinuate that his care was somehow inadequate or racist is an insult to the taxpayers of Texas as well as all the healthcare workers who cared for this POS at the risk of their own lives.
He LEFT BF AFRICA to come here! He would have STAYED if he thought he could get treated there - obviously he believed he didn’t stand a chance over there. I’d tell those people to kiss my @ss if I were that hospital!
Where’s the Ferguson clan? Where’s John Wiley? We need some hep up in here.

Perhaps the government should bill them for his care then.
Perhaps that will get their attention.
Everything was done to save this guy. With Ebola, people die. Who knew?
DUH!

Meds for Ebola are scarce. Duncan was not an American. He knew he was infectious and came here anyway, knowing Americans would die from exposure to him. He didn’t deserve the meds. They should go to innocents.
