Hell with freeze over if Holder's replacement is not a black man or white woman, preferably a lesbian. But a black lesbian would be perfect. No law enforcement experience necessary.

Remember it could have been far worse.

We must get on our knees every day thanking God, that Mitt didn’t win.

It's a given that whoever replaces Holder will be even worse.

pResident Obola has more flexibility now.

I know Bradley Manning is white, but he’s already proven he’s a traitor and he is transgendered. Oh, and he has military experience!!

Deval would be quite the pushover. He also wouldn’t pull the sh*t Holder did.

Deval’s being set up for the Presidency with Cory Booker as a backup.

If Obama decides to replace Holder with a career prosecutor, a top Democratic Hill aide tells NBC News that one possibility would be retiring U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan in Seattle, who has been described as the first openly gay U.S. attorney.

Who cares? We already have a gay president.

Breitbart News recently reported that the prosecutor behind the indictment of conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza could be in the running.

She did not get the death penalty for him, which was the goal. FAIL, no sale!

Preet Bharara, a former staff member to Senator Chuck Schumer, helped lead the Senate Judiciary Committee investigation into the firing of U.S. attorneys by the Bush administration.

But not a word about the firing of every U.S. attorney by Bill Clinton.

How about Bill Ayers? Instead of all this pussyfooting our way to complete chaos, we could get there immediately.

Deval Laurdine Patrick (born July 31, 1956) is an American politician, civil rights lawyer, the 71st and current Governor of Massachusetts. A member of the Democratic Party, Patrick served as the United States Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division under President Bill Clinton. He was first elected in 2006, succeeding Mitt Romney who chose not to run, and re-elected in 2010. He is the first African-American Governor of Massachusetts.

Born to and raised by a single mother on the South Side of Chicago, Patrick earned a scholarship to Milton Academy in Massachusetts in the eighth grade. He went on to attend Harvard College and its Law School, where he was President of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. After graduating he practiced law with the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and later joined a Boston law firm, where he was named a partner at age 34. In 1994, President Bill Clinton appointed him as the United States Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, where he worked on issues including racial profiling and police misconduct.

Under his governorship, he has overseen the implementation of the state's 2006 health care reform program which had been enacted under Mitt Romney, increased funding to education and life sciences, won a federal Race to the Top education grant, passed an overhaul of governance of the state transportation function, signing a law to create the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, and increased the state sales tax from 5% to 6.25%. Under Patrick, Massachusetts joined the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) in an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and the planned introduction of casinos in Massachusetts. His second term began on January 6, 2011, and in an interview with The Boston Globe, Patrick declared he will not seek re-election in 2014

…someone whose gender and sexual orientation could energize two big segments of the Democrat base the party desperately needs to turn out for the upcoming midterms.

...

Breitbart News recently reported that the prosecutor behind the indictment of conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D-Souza could be in the running.

Would certainly be interesting, given the uproar on our side over appointing a prosecutor who engaged in partisan political targeting. IMHO Dinesh qualifies as a political prisoner ...
