What the He*L is a ‘”community confinement center?”

seems there are many ‘kinds’ -

1. “Community confinement” means residence in a community treatment center, halfway house, restitution center, mental health facility, alcohol or drug rehabilitation center, or other community facility; and participation in gainful employment, employment search efforts, community service, vocational training, treatment, educational programs, or similar facility-approved programs during non-residential hours.

Maybe his lawyer can have it designated to ‘home confinement’ - you know, like they did that other ‘dangerous criminal’ Martha Stewart/

I tried to find out more about the divorce. I can't find any mention of the ex-wife’s claim. He evidently was seeing another woman before the divorce, but that doesn't prove her charges one way or the other. They have one daughter. You would think she wouldn't want to make such a public claim for the sake of her daughter. Most people try not to wash their dirty linen in public when children are involved.

The ex-wife obviously wanted him to serve time in prison. Sounds like she is out for blood. I wonder if she was paid to submit her letter to the court.
