Cummings appears to attack the GOP in his opening statement.
He also indicates that the DNC may have controlled
the content of the first meeting (the ARB report).
Cummings wants to oversight to “save lives”, with
“reform”. Not much interest in the murders,
or leaving Americans behind in anything he says.
Could Cummings want to blame the GOP for not
implementing the suggestions which “Clinton accepted”.
That would be diversion from what Americans want
to know.
