The dark side of the campaign for Scottish independence can be laid bare today.
In a string of sinister incidents, separatists have used bullying and intimidation to cow their rivals.
Pro-union voters have endured stone-throwing, been called traitors and faced threats that their houses will be torched.
Many are now said to be too scared to show their support for fear of reprisals that might follow a defeat for the nationalists in tomorrows vote.

The Seriously Nasty Party: With one day to go, damning evidence of the bullying intimidation of voters by Scots nationalists (just ask Miliband)
Given who Salmonds friends are and the fact that this is about who offers the most handouts, can anyone expect anything else?

And the government actively working to bankrupt Scotland prior to any possible independence isn’t a “darkside”?
Lol.
Author is an idiot.

Heard from a friend in Scotland today after asking how she and her husband felt about the vote...She wrote “we feel the same about Salmond as you feel about Abama” Her spelling. The rest of the world has his number after 6 years. They actually rooted for him and hoped he would prove a negro could do the job. Obama has not surprised me. They are now wondering how our country could make such a huge mistake. Scotland will do well in voting NO to the separatists.

1. People have the right to make their own mistakes. Even really dumb ones.
2. People have the government they deserve at all times.
I am in favor of Scottish independence - Europe needs another shining example of why socialism is a bad idea.

Pro Union members are being intimidated. Such a pity.

Oh, wait! They’re not talking about that kind of union. Had my hopes up for a minute.

Bad people, mean spirited, rude, selfish and dangerous people want to be free.
That sums how Kings and Queens think when a group wants to take away their free lunch.
Screw the Monarchy. Free Scotland.

I agree - then they can ruin it or not as and how they choose.

Scotland and Texas need to secede from the union.

Ostensibly, same goes for European and Eurasian Unions (the latter really the new Soviet Union). Places like Scotland will only leave one “union” to be absorbed by another.

Cameron repeating the EU line? Not unexpected. He got the same threats from the EU if Britain were to leave that union.

Not to mention that the EU made the same threats to Scotland if they left the UK, ironically.
