Yes, I agree if the facts of this case are as stated in the article, which I suspect they might be. Sounds like he tried to ditch his vehicle in a pond and then disappear in the nearby wilderness. But the pond wasn’t deep enough and the car was full of identifying information, LOL! Oops, a slight flaw in the old masterplan. What a numbnuts.

Why should we believe the cops at this point? If a PSP had murdered or maimed a civilian, which they have, they would be doing everything possible to obfuscate and obstruct. The truth will come out. The suspect may very well be the villain that they portray him to be but we can wait until he has had his day in court.
