Yes, and he's there because we have kindergarten level intelligence in the majority of our adult population.
When he is gone, we will still have that problem. And they will keep reelecting people like Boxer, Snow, Waters, Pelosi, McCain, Graham. Some of these people practically drool when they talk and that seems to present no problem to voters.
