Why?
“and setting a small fire”
That’s called arson around these parts.
“David Pitts, chair of the Department of Public Administration and Policy...”
Freelancing ... should have gotten a job with His Arrogance.
Here’s a list of the stores in the mall, which looks to be in a really upscale area. Anybody want to speculate which store he burgled?

In his picture, he looks insane. Also homosexual.
Bald white guy. Looks a little like Gollum.

My first thought is he targeted a store where his lover that ‘jilted’ him worked .... but that’s purely speculation on my part ...
Wonder what building he was trying to set on fire? Republican headquarters?
The perp is a Gay Caballero and a specialist in gender and sexual studies. Sounds like a waste of a lot of years spent in these “studies”.
Gayometer - ROFLMAO !!! (now that’s funny)
My first thought was that he was destroying offensive material, like prolife pamphlets or something. But that doesn’t seem likely, based on the types of stores.
Starbucks?
The Spanish academy?
The “Republican headquarters” is the size of a phone booth in DC ...
I have a suspicion that American University is nothing more than a front for a diploma mill.
In other words he looks just like most university professors.
