[Gotta luv CNN — they do all they can to prop up the Pres_sent whenever they can.]
Annanpour: Summit TOUGH talk is that they are going to have to take out ISIS, even if that means going into Syria.
Blitzer: Does that mean ‘boots-on-the-ground’?
